Study On The Development And Promotion Strategy Of Primary School Basketball In Chaoyang District,Beijing

In 2017,under the initiative of Yao Ming,chairman of The Chinese Basketball Association,with the launch of the "small basketball,big dream" development plan and the launch of the "Small Basketball Rules",the development of small basketball ushered in a new upsurge.The development of small basketball can not only meet the needs of children to participate in sports,expand the base of China’s basketball population,but also transport high-quality basketball reserve talents,and lay a solid foundation for adult basketball to the international road.In order to promote the physical and mental health development of children,enhance physical fitness and enhance national quality,this paper investigates the development of elementary school basketball in Chaoyang District,Beijing.By the method of documentation,questionnaire,interview method,field survey and mathematical statistics research methods,respectively from students,teachers,parents and teacher leadership in Beijing chaoyang district 5 small primary school basketball development and promotion of case study analysis,find out the limiting factor of Beijing chaoyang district elementary school small basketball development at present and put forward the corresponding development strategy,the following conclusions are drawn:The present situation includes the following aspects: 1.The school lacks the standard small basketball court 2.The form of development is simple 3.The frequency of training is less 4.The teaching content is not systematic 5.The small basketball strength of the teacher team needs to be improved 6.The special funds for small basketball are insufficient to support the comprehensive development of small basketball in Chaoyang District,Beijing.The main factors affecting the development of chaoyang district’s little basketball are students’ love degree,teachers and training system,equipment and facilities,teaching and training system,little basketball project publicity and promotion,government and school leaders’ attention to little basketball,parents’ support.The development countermeasures are as follows: 1.Improve students’ cognition level of small basketball and enhance the teaching effect.2.Calibrate the special nature of physical education teacher recruitment,recruit professional sports talents 3.Improve school physical education hardware facilities,speed up the construction of sports venues 4.Improve the teaching and training system,improve the competitive level 5.Increase the publicity,fully mobilize all departments to form a joint force 6.Construction of government-led,enterprise participation,social support development model 7.Establish home-school cooperation and promote the construction of campus characteristic basketball culture.
