Sports injuries have always been one of the top issues that many sports scholars discuss and study together.In sports training,the appearance of sports injuries not only plagues athletes' usual training and teaching,but also affects their daily lives in severe cases.Many excellent athletes can not be found in time when sports injuries occur,coaches also lack of knowledge of sports injuries,so that when injuries occur,they cannot deal with or cause secondary sports injuries in time,so that many athletes have to end their sports careers early and cannot better serve training and daily teaching activities.Volleyball originated from sports games,which organically combine sports games and volleyball technology teaching,which is a kind of edutainment teaching method.In the teaching process of volleyball projects,there are many body movements and bouncing movements,which inevitably lead to certain sports injuries,especially in the knee joint.The knee joint is the most complex joint in the human body,consisting of the lower femur,the upper tibia,and the patella.Due to the large joint surface of the knee joint,the superficial leverage of the site is strong and heavy,and it is unstable during exercise and is very easy to cause sports injuries.In volleyball teaching,most of the teaching movements are mainly left and right slides,resulting in easy damage to the medial collateral ligament of the knee joint.Athletes are also more susceptible to damage to the knee meniscus during forward and backward movements and jumping slams,passes and nets.The application of aqua exercise therapy in medical rehabilitation is more extensive,making full use of the characteristics of water pressure,buoyancy,resistance and thermal conductivity for sports rehabilitation training in the parts of human sports injuries,which can enhance the strength of the affected muscles and improve the range of motion of the affected joints.When patients carry out rehabilitation training in water,due to the characteristics of water offset the weight of some patients' own bodies,the human muscles and affected areas have been exercised and relaxed,which has a positive impact on relieving pain,improving the function of the affected area,and shortening the recovery time.In this paper,12 volleyball players from Harbin Institute of Physical Education were selected as experimental objects,randomly divided into control group and experimental group,the subjects all suffered from different degrees of knee joint sports injury,and the experiment used experimental group and control group for analysis and comparison before and after the experiment.For the athletes with knee joint damage in the experimental group,the intervention training of aqua exercise therapy was carried out,and combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge and the causes of knee injury of volleyball players summarized by investigation and research,an experimental research framework for the rehabilitation of the knee joint of volleyball players was constructed by aquatic exercise therapy,and the specific operation process of the experimental intervention of aquatic sports therapy was designed.The control group carried out conventional rehabilitation treatment in order to provide certain references and references for the rehabilitation training of volleyball players' knee injuries.After analyzing the experimental results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The experiment is based on the principle of step by step,the principle of periodic arrangement,the optimization of rehabilitation effect and the principle of differentiated treatment.Guided by the experimental steps,the operation process of the experimental design of water sports therapy is constructed,and the effect of water sports therapy on the knee of volleyball players is designed.The specific training methods and means of joint injury rehabilitation have been proved by experiments that this experiment is scientific,rational,and effective.(2)The main causes of knee joint damage in volleyball players are mainly due to physical confrontation in training or competition,local weight bearing of the knee joint under high intensity,lack of relevant protection awareness and long-term repeated wrong technical movements.(3)Due to the influence of the special environment in the water,the subjects can overcome their own psychological barriers after long-term regular water exercise therapy and improve the rehabilitation effect of water training.(4)Water exercise therapy can effectively improve the flexibility,strength and endurance of the muscles around the knee joint of the patient and reduce the pain so as to increase the range of motion of the knee joint of the patient.(5)The load control of recovery training by water exercise therapy can effectively improve the stability and balance of the knee joint of the subjects and has an important regulatory effect on the improvement of muscle strength.(6)Combing and relaxing the fascia of the patient in the water and on the road can effectively relieve the pain of the muscles around the knee joint and reduce the pain degree of the knee joint.(7)There are relatively few training methods and means for knee joint injury flexibility in water exercise therapy,and the reason for its improvement may be related to the muscle strength,balance,and stability of the affected area.It is recommended that coaches should appropriately add theoretical teaching of sports injuries in daily training,enrich the training methods of sports rehabilitation,and attach importance to the psychological recovery of athletes after sports injuries;most of the sports rehabilitation training is aimed at training in knee joint balance,stability and improvement of muscle strength,and there are fewer recovery training methods for knee flexibility,which should be studied in depth;there are fewer experts in the field of underwater rehabilitation,and the theoretical and practical development in this area is shallow,so therefore,Theoretical knowledge of aquatic rehabilitation training should be carried out regularly,and vigorously develop rehabilitation methods of aquatic exercise therapy.
