Volleyball technical difficulty is big, change much. Technical characteristics ofvolleyball itself, need long-term professional training hard to achieve technologymatures. Its inevitable need high strength, a lot of exercise do bedding, which causesthe damage to appear. On the basis of volleyball technical characteristics determine theathletes physical quality and technical requirements are relatively high. Volleyball is astudy of high level athletes legs especially quadriceps muscle power demanding sports,athletes need to adjust the body position explosive force moment jump, so it would beeasy to cause the knee joint injury, sports injury not only influence the system oftraining athletes, also the improvement of sports level and performance has a certaininfluence. Through the survey found that some athletes to injury situation is not veryunderstanding, in the survey found that the athletes’ sports injury of knee joint injury isvery serious, mainly for the sports injury prevention knowledge is not comprehensive.After investigation found that the research object in the movement of knee injuriesclassified as: knee ligament damage, slippery bursa phlogistic, patella softening,meniscus injury, etc.So this topic on prevention of knee joint injury training research as the core, set upspecial prevention damage evaluation index, study the influence of the evaluationindex of knee joint muscles. To cultivate excellent athletes, in order to prevent injury toprovide technical support and important theoretical basis.The main results:1. The women’s volleyball players in shandong province, make special evaluationindex for sports injury, to the whole movement of knee joint do the evaluation of thesystem, and the antagonist, balance and stability of the knee joint, such as functionaltesting, the result is not very ideal.2. In view of the athlete knee joint assessment formulate corresponding trainingplan, the key to solve problems of athletes around the knee joint muscle strength.Systematic training, training after testing the effect is ideal, have certain injuryprevention effect. 3. The reasonable arrangement of the volume of athletes, coaches to understand thestatus of the athlete movement before and after the training, timely adjust sportsstadium. Should have special physical training in the process of training time, such asin the days before the take out time to formulate the corresponding physical training,training methods will vary from person to person at the same time, due to thedifference of position, the training method is different from the key still depends onathletes strengthening ego to protect consciousness.
