In the context of implementing quality education,how to improve students' individual accurate learning experience and improve students' overall learning efficiency has become one of the current hot educational topics.With the development of science and technology,precision teaching is full of vitality with its high degree of integration,which brings some possibilities to solve this problem.Teachers' implementation of precision teaching should be based on a full understanding of the learning situation,but the learning situation is not constant.Teachers can accurately adjust all aspects of teaching by grasping the dynamics,so as to help students improve their development ability at a high level.This research is based on the junior middle school physics class,based on understanding the students' basic learning situation,monitoring the changes of dynamic learning situation,and designing an accurate and personalized teaching mode to improve the overall learning efficiency of students.In the research,the author adopts the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,experimental comparison and interview.The main research processes are as follows: 1.Reading the literature on learning situation at home and abroad,combing the research process and perspective of learning situation,and defining learning situation and related concepts.Combining the theory of the zone of proximal development,the theory of precision teaching and Carroll's effective learning theory,it provides theoretical support for this study;2.By using the methods of questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates and analyzes the teaching links,process accuracy and learning factors that teachers can affect in junior middle school physics class,and tentatively obtains the accuracy of teaching and training of students in practice schools;3.Accurately master and analyze the learning situation in each link of the cclass,develop highly adaptive learning strategies,accurately improve students' individual learning efficiency,and finally improve students' overall ability.Proposed solutions,combined with precision teaching theory,created a dynamic precision teaching model based on junior high school physics situation analysis;4.This paper analyzes the results of the students' periodic tests,and combines the students' questionnaire information and other information that teachers have mastered in the early stage to get the students' lack of ability and the direction that teachers can take.According to the precision teaching system model,a representative course was designed and implemented in the experimental class.Finally,through the comparison between the experimental class and the control class,the effectiveness of the precision teaching system is proved.This study analyzes the learning situation from the subjective initiative of teachers,and considers the role of learning situation in teaching from the perspective of teachers and students,so as to provide a new thinking direction for teachers' accurate teaching and promote the improvement of all students' individual abilities.At the same time,it has made some exploration in the direction of precision teaching and personalized learning,trying to promote individual students to maximize learning effectiveness in class learning,so as to improve the overall level of students.In addition,some explorations have been made in precision teaching practice to provide some academic references for front-line educators.
