With the development of educational informationization changing the traditional teaching mode,the role of teachers is also facing the challenge of constant changes.The "Education Informationization 2.0 Action Plan" promulgated by the ministry of education in 2018 pointed out that the development of educational informationization in our country will reach until 2022,the informationization level and informationization literacy of primary and secondary school teachers should be basically improved in an all-round way.Professional literacy is the foundation of the professional development of teachers,and its development level represents the level of teachers’ own professional competence.On the occasion of the acceptance of educational informationization 2.0 plan objectives,it is of great significance to study the development of teachers’ professional quality to understand the degree of informationization teaching specialization of primary and secondary school teachers.The research is based on the investigation of the current situation of the professional quality of the junior high school biology teachers working in Zhoukou under the background of educational informationization,and analyzes the problems existing in the development of the professional quality of the junior high school biology teachers in Zhoukou,in order to provide the professional quality of the junior high school biology teachers under the background of educational informationization.Provide reference suggestions for improvement.The research mainly adopts the method of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,supplemented by the observation of the junior high school biology informationization teaching classroom,and analyzes the current situation of the professional quality development of the junior high school biology teachers in Zhoukou under the background of education informationization and its characteristics question.Based on the research on existing literature,it is determined that there are three first-level dimensions of professional literacy,including informationization professional knowledge,informationization professional ability,and informationization professional affection,and a total of 11 second-level dimensions corresponding to each dimension.Based on the design of a questionnaire,a quantitative analysis of the current situation of junior high school biology teachers’ professional quality,combined with interviews to analyze the problems,put forward suggestions for improvement.The study found that junior high school biology teachers widely use information technology in their teaching work but are not creative;they have abundant professional knowledge of informationization but lack accuracy;they have basic professional skills in informationization but have poor integration;they agree with educational informationization.The degree of education is high,but the development of its own information-based teaching is insufficient.Based on the above findings and analysis,the research puts forward suggestions for improving the professional quality of junior high school biology teachers under the background of education informationization: in terms of external influence,first,optimize the curriculum system of teacher education;second,expand investment in the development of bioinformationization teaching platforms;third,implement application-oriented training;fourth,create an atmosphere for the implementation of informationization teaching;fifth,establish an evaluation system for biology teachers’ informationization teaching;sixth,ensure the material basis of campus informationization teaching.In terms of teachers themselves,first,actively update teaching concepts to promote the transformation of teaching roles;second,do a good job of their own career planning;third,lifelong learning and improve their own knowledge system;fourth,actively carry out information-based innovative teaching practices.
