The reading ability of ancient Chinese poetry is a necessary ability for students to develop through the learning of Chinese courses in middle school,and it is the key to the inheritance and development of ancient Chinese poetry as a cultural and artistic treasure.There is an inseparable relationship between middle school teaching and the college entrance examination.The college entrance examination mainly tests the students' reading ability of ancient poems through the setting of ancient poetry reading questions.The study of ancient poetry reading test questions in college entrance examination is an important work to boost the teaching and the reform of college entrance examination in many aspects,and ultimately affect the future development of students.This paper first analyzes the propositional basis of the ancient poetry reading test in the college entrance examination under the current background,expounds the relationship between the high school Chinese curriculum standard,the college entrance examination syllabus,the college entrance examination evaluation system and the test system,and makes clear the test concept and test purpose,test requirements.It also analyzes the types,quantities,materials and contents of the ancient poetry reading test papers from 2017 to 2021,points out the highlights and shortcomings of the test papers,and looks into the future system of the test papers.Through the author's investigation,it is found that students score too low in answering the ancient poetry reading questions.Through the further summary and arrangement of students' answers,it is found that some students have a weak foundation of poetry knowledge and lack of poetry appreciation ability,thinking ability,understanding ability and other aspects,which can reflect some problems existing in the teaching of ancient poetry in senior high school.In the last part of the paper,the author returns to the teaching,explains the existing problems in the teaching of ancient poetry in senior high schools,and briefly states the enlightenment of the ancient poetry reading questions in the national college entrance examination to the teaching of ancient poetry in senior high schools,so as to promote the joint improvement of the quality of teaching and the quality of the propositions in the national college entrance examination.
