With the development of the times,the requirements for talents in all walks of life have gradually increased,especially the requirements for comprehensive capabilities.In recent years,our country's education reform is also in full swing,with the aim of cultivating students to become a composite talent that can adapt to the needs of national development.The change in the reform mode of the college entrance examination reflects the important position of the physics department,and the reform of physics teaching in secondary schools is also rapidly adapting to the development of the times.The proportion of students' comprehensive ability examination and assessment in all levels of examination is also increasing significantly.Since the new version of the curriculum standards for high school physics was proposed in 2017,the design and arrangement of both the college entrance examination and the selective examination papers have focused on the second-level goal of physics core literacy-scientific thinking.At present,the foundation of students' scientific thinking ability is relatively weak,so it is urgent to improve students' scientific thinking abilityAfter consulting a large number of literature,the theoretical model of scientific thinking ability cultivation has been established and implemented in physics teaching at home and abroad,but the three-dimensional model in the experimental teaching of physics in middle schools has not been established.This paper is based on the second-level goal of physics core literacy in the new version of the high school physics curriculum standard-scientific thinking,which aims to improve students' scientific thinking ability in the teaching process of high school physics experiments.The questionnaire method,the measuring table method and the SPSS analysis method are used to investigate and analyze the teaching concept and corresponding teaching measures of high school physics teachers,as well as the current situation of students' existing scientific thinking level.Through data analysis and comparison,it is found that there are many problems in the teaching concept of physical experiments,the cultivation measures of scientific thinking ability,and the cognition of students' core literacy,and we give corresponding teaching implementation suggestions based on specific problems.According to the teaching plan of high school physics experiments,the teaching design scheme of demonstration experiments,verification experiments,and inquiry-based experiments based on the cultivation of scientific thinking ability was completed.Combined with the high school physics teaching curriculum standards,the "three-dimensional map of scientific thinking ability cultivation in high school physics experimental teaching" is innovatively constructed with the five levels of scientific thinking,experimental types,and four three-level indicators of scientific thinking as the axis,which provides quantifiable evidence for the teaching of physics experiments and the cultivation of students' scientific thinking ability thinking ability.
