The selection and training of special students with track and field is not only one of the important means to select sports talents for the country and the society,but also creates a more suitable road for students with special track and field development under the fierce competitive education environment.The fifth grade track and field students need to train and learn in the development of their own physical function is not perfect,in order to better promote the physical development and special results of 800 meters,need to constantly explore in practice.As one of the most basic training means,the training method is interesting and organizes various forms.Is the first method of primary school training.Strength and endurance quality is the most important physical quality of the 800 m project.This article will improve the performance of the 800 m by improving the strength and endurance quality of the practitioners.The circular practice method and strength and endurance quality organic combination,so as to improve the fifth grade track and field special students 800 meters special results.This study conducted strength and endurance quality training through circular training method,so as to explore the influence of circular training on the 800 meters,in order to provide new training means for the training and new training concepts for primary school coaches.This paper mainly adopts literature method,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experiment,mathematical statistics method of Wuhan city,Hubei province Qiaokou mouth zirun primary school track team of 16 fifth grade talents experimental analysis,according to the existing conditions and the physical condition of practitioners make appropriate strength endurance development cycle training plan,through the experiment,to test the strength endurance cycle training on the fifth grade track and field performance of 800 meters.After 16 weeks of systematic training,the 16 subjects were significantly improved in strength and endurance quality;by improving the physical quality of the experimenters,the 16 subjects were also significantly improved at 800 m. |
