Core strength training in children’s sprint training is of great significance to study the application of track and field,elementary school is in the midst of the human body of speed,strength,stamina,agility,flexibility,five basic qualities,as well as the physical quality sensitive period of development,scientific and reasonable system,and persistence at this stage of training not only can maintain a good body shape,It can also promote the rapid development and improvement of physical quality and sprint level.By comparing five indicators data changes before and after the experiment and analysis,put forward the related countermeasure,the ultimate goal is for future primary school track and field training to explore a new direction,expect to be able to through this article,the author more inspired grassroots sports teachers’ emphasis on the application of core strength training methods,in order to use more reasonable interesting training methods to the elementary school classroom and training of sports.For primary school track and field athletes in the critical period of physical quality development,the basic track and field training in primary school can lay a good foundation for physical training and competition in the future,and it is also the foundation for the development of other sports.Through experiments,the research results show that:1.After 16 weeks after training,the two different modes of the experimental group and control group of 50 m running,100 m jump,standing long jump,cast before the medicine balls,hexagon,an independent sample test grades,two groups have significant difference,but compared to the two different training patterns,core strength training is found that impact on the development of primary school track and field athletes’ physical qualities effect is more obvious.2.From the point of external manifestation of primary school track and field athletes training,core strength training mode is the traditional pattern of regular training,improve the enthusiasm and interest of primary school track and field athletes training,it solved the previous tedious phenomenon during the training,improve the quality of training,but also reduced the occurrence of sports injury. |
