| In recent years,with the increasing concern of the state and society on the mental health of high school students,there are more and more researches on the mental health of high school students.Music can bring people a wide range of emotional experience,with a psychological relief,the role of emotional regulation.The research of music used to treat mental diseases has been mature,but how to carry out the psychological intervention of music teaching in schools still needs a lot of research and practice.This study consists of three parts: the investigation of mental health status of senior high school students in Z County,the design of music teaching based on their mental problems.Firstly,based on the study of mental health,mental health of high school students at home and abroad and the intervention of music in mental problems of high school students,this paper forms a concept exposition and a summary of the study.Thirdly,with the music teaching method as the main means,combining the music psychological effect and the music therapy method,selecting the teaching content,using many kinds of teaching elements,supplementing with the teaching method of "experience" and "practice",carrying on the teaching design to aim at the psychological problem caused by the student’s own factor,the family factor,the interpersonal communication factor.Finally,this paper uses the practical research method to carry out the teaching practice for the students in two classes,interviews the key observation objects,and analyzes the results of the practice.The results of this study show that music teaching has a significant effect on psychological problems of high school students.It can help students to eliminate bad emotions,improve learning efficiency,interpersonal skills and resistance to frustration,cultivate sentiment,enhance self-confidence and gratitude.Therefore,the author believes that music teaching is an effective way to carry out mental health education in schools.Compared with other subjects,music teaching has more advantages in intervening mental problems. |
