Music education is part of the universal education system in China, it belongs to the aesthetic education.Excellent high school students must have good psychological quality, good psychological quality is a healthy personality, an important part of personality, and the future society need comprehensive talents of good conditions. As a teenager children during this period, they are rebellious stage, careless of psychological problem handling, will influence the development of their whole life. In these children, there are a lot of common psychological problems, such as anxiety, guilt, negative life, unable to control their emotion and psychology to bear ability weak, escape, not face failure, weak willpower, etc., even a lot of middle school students drop out of the fight, play truant. Thus, middle school students’ life and study have been all kinds of psychological problems. And produce many factors of middle school students’ psychological problems, such as school factor, social factor, family factor, personal factor and so on. We have to make the students to solve the hidden danger from the source, otherwise not only is he himself, but also will cause serious influence to the society. During this period of the characteristic of the reverse psychology can make their students to some objective things make arbitrary judgment or opposing points of view and the general people, when they face doubts, impatient, don’t want to listen to others’ persuasion, then their personality and temperament are not healthy direction. Teachers should guide students to mental health, it is a difficult project. And music is a kind of art form, since the existence of the human not only infectious and also widely exists in every corner of the use of music the nonverbal aesthetic activities can be more easy to let peopleaccept, so as to adjust the action of the mental health. Under the influence of music, students can not only experience beauty, but also can purify the mind and relieve pressure, alleviate mood, edify sentiment, perfect personality, lets the student in imperceptible in change and correct, to help them set up the correct outlook on life, values, world view. Use music to cure psychological problems of students, is not only in the face of middle school students’ different psychological problems and to make better targeted, music education mode for guidance and relief, and in music psychology research also has a higher value of social theory.The author not only to the development of middle school students’ mental health in comprehensive introduction on characteristics and adolescent mental health students psychological change, is more focused on how to use music on middle school students’ psychological guidance and correction, especially in the music classroom teaching to the student to carry on the correct health guidance.In this article, the author specially USES the music education of middle school students to study the influence of mental health development, combined with the practice teaching link and some contact with different degree of psychological problem for middle school students, the author in this article discusses music education to the cultivation of middle school students’ mental health, and about how to use music education to adjust and improve the means of middle school students’ psychological problems puts forward some constructive opinions.
