Teaching design is the teachers’ idea and plan for the curriculum implementation,the connection point for teachers to put educational concepts into practice,and the interface between educational concepts and teaching practice.Teaching design is a comprehensive system,including teaching objects,teaching content,teaching objectives,teaching strategy,teaching media and many other elements.Teaching design is the basis of teachers’ classroom teaching and the premise and guarantee of teaching activities.Teachers’ teaching design ability has a direct influence on the implementation of teaching process and teaching effect.At present,strengthening and improving the teaching design of ideological and political courses is to promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political courses and better implement the inherent requirements of the fundamental task of moral education.Under the guidance of advanced education concepts,based on the theoretical basis of learning theory,communication theory,teaching theory,system theory and other theories,the teaching content and methods should be designed scientifically and rationally with focus on the subject core literacy,so as to enhance the attractiveness,pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political courses and achieve the optimization of teaching effects."Morality and the rule of law" on junior high school teaching design should be based on comprehensive analysis of the situation of study,from the core requirement of disciplines,the teaching activities of the various elements in a certain logic to carry on the scientific and reasonable system plan,strive to achieve the optimization of the teaching plan,to achieve the targets knowledge,ability,emotion attitude and values.This paper selects the second box of "colorful career",the third unit,the sixth lesson,the second box of "Morality and rule of law",the ninth grade volume of junior middle school,to carry on the teaching design research,focusing on the specific teaching process of this box."Morality and the rule of law" in the junior high school teaching design of general elements,on the basis of comprehensive analysis to follow the design concept of "trinity",namely,insisted that take the student as the main body,in order to improve the teaching efficiency and achieve the teaching goal as the guidance,based on system thinking method,on the basis of curriculum standard,teaching material content,students’ situation,the "colorful career" this box carries on the teaching design.This teaching design is divided into three parts: basic teaching design,teaching reflection and secondary teaching design.The basic links of teaching design include course standard analysis,textbook analysis,learning situation analysis,teaching objective determination,teaching content selection,teaching strategy selection,teaching process design;Teaching reflection includes reflection before class,reflection in class and reflection after class.The secondary teaching design stage is the teaching process of reflection,improvement and modification.Based on the problems found in teaching reflection,the optimization strategies of teaching design are proposed from the aspects of improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching,enhancing the flexibility of teaching methods and improving the scientificity of teaching reflection.
