At the National Education Conference held in 2018,President Xi Jinping emphasized “cultivating socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical education,art,and labor”,which pointed out the direction for the development of education in the new era.The simultaneous development of five education challenges the traditional subject education.From the perspective of the overall development of students,promoting the intersection and integration of subject education is the focus of the current education reform.Music courses are an integral part of primary and secondary school education,and are also the backbone of aesthetic education in primary and secondary schools.Not only that,music courses also play an important role in the education of students in other fields.In this regard,it is necessary to change the educational concept and carry out teaching activities centered on students rather than courses.The concept of "human text" has important application value in music teaching in elementary and middle schools,and it is an important significance for promoting students' all-round development.Based on this,the topic selection discusses the teaching theory and practice of "people-oriented" in music education in elementary and middle schools.The thesis is mainly divided into four parts:The first part is introduction.It briefly introduces the reason for the topic selection,explains the meaning of the topic selection from the two dimensions of theory and practice,combs the relevant research at home and abroad,and introduces the research ideas and research methods of the thesis.The second part analyzes the "people-oriented" teaching theory in elementary and middle school music education,explaining the connotation of "people-oriented".Starting from the three points of teaching serving students,teaching around students,and teaching relying on students,it summarizes the meaning of "people-oriented" teaching theory,Taking the ancient humanistic theory,Western humanistic tradition,Marxist humanistic thought,constructivism theory and teaching innovation theory as the theoretical basis.The third part is the current status of music education in primary and secondary schools and the analysis of the value of "people-oriented" teaching.In the form of case studies,it summarizes the current situation of music teaching in primary and secondary schools,including simple instillation of classroom knowledge,comprehensive education activities as a form,superficial thinking,and neglect and diminished practical ability,so as to promote the overall development of students and implement them.The four perspectives of the concept of "Leading and Building People",enriching the connotation of music classroom education,and improving the value of music classroom education have summed up the value and significance of "people-oriented" teaching in music education in primary and middle schools.The fourth part is the "people-oriented" teaching strategy in music education in elementary and middle schools.It analyzes the classroom positioning of "people-oriented" teaching in music education in elementary and middle schools from three perspectives: the breakthrough of traditional teaching,the teaching goal of comprehensive development,and the realization of the "three-dimensional goal." Starting from thinking,it explored the creation of the real situation of“people-oriented”,and analyzed the classroom activities guided by “people-oriented”around the integration of knowledge,students' in-depth exploration,active practical application,and effective transfer of emotions.The teaching evaluation management of the university has made requirements,including continuous attention,timely feedback,change from “unity” to “multipleness”,and two-way evaluation of teachers and students.
