| With the rapid development of science and technology,people ’ s lifestyle has also undergone unprecedented changes.At the same time,the development of the country puts forward more stringent requirements for the cultivation of future talents.The latest edition of ’ Compulsory Education Primary School Science Curriculum Standards ’issued in 2017 highlights the important role of interdisciplinary teaching in basic education,advocates research-based learning,and highlights the subjectivity of students.The STEAM education concept advocates the integration of the relationship between the five disciplines,and emphasizes the cultivation of learners ’ ability to innovate and integrate interdisciplinary,which meets the needs of the current society to cultivate scientific and technological talents.In order to adapt to the great changes of social development and daily life,and improve students ’ interdisciplinary integration ability and inquiry innovation ability,this paper applies the educational concept of STEAM to the teaching practice of primary school science,so that more first-line primary school science teachers can better carry out teaching practice in the classroom.Based on the relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the relevant research of STEAM education,and discusses the research background,significance,content and research methods of primary school science teaching based on STEAM education concept.Through a questionnaire survey of students and interviews with teachers,to understand the application of STEAM education concept in primary school science teaching.The application of STEAM education concept in primary school science teaching design should follow the principles of interdisciplinary integration,situational teaching,teamwork and diversified evaluation.Based on this principle and the ’ 5E ’ teaching model,this study constructs a framework model of primary school science teaching based on STEAM education concept,including four parts : creating situation,inquiry learning,design,production and display evaluation.On this basis,combined with the content of the new curriculum standard,the teaching content of the ’ sound ’ unit in the fourth grade of the primary school science textbook is selected to design the primary school science case,and the teaching design is practiced.Finally,the effect of this teaching and students ’ satisfaction are investigated and analyzed to provide some reference for the design of primary school science teaching under the concept of STEAM education.Finally,the paper summarizes the shortcomings in the process of this study and the prospect of primary school science teaching in the future.This study mainly explores the implementation path of applying STEAM education concept to primary school science teaching.Through this teaching practice,it can be found that the integration of STEAM education concept into the actual teaching of students ’ interest in science learning is significantly enhanced.Students improve their ability to solve problems and communicate and cooperate in cooperative inquiry.Through diversified evaluation methods to understand their shortcomings in the whole learning process,timely reflect on their own problems and summarize them,and combine their own learning situation to improve. |
