In recent years,although the state has continuously issued various educational policies to reduce the pressure on students,under the conditions of economic and social development,parents attach great importance to the enrollment rate and pursue famous universities,resulting in parents,students and teachers attach great importance to achievements,students’ mental health problems and learning experience are ignored,while middle school students’ psychology is not yet fully mature and often in a contradictory mood of self affirmation and self denial,It is easy to fall into negative emotions,which is not conducive to the all-round development of students in the long run.Through research,it is found that a new psychological research field-positive psychology,which rose in the United States in the 1990s,can help people gain happiness by making positive emotions greater than negative emotions.From the perspective of positive psychology,this paper studies the chemistry classroom teaching in senior high school,and turns the focus of teaching from the problems of students to the positive quality of students.It is hoped that by creating positive emotional experience for students,cultivating positive personality traits,and creating a positive organizational system,students can gain happiness in learning and a good sense of learning experience,so as to change their learning attitude and improve their learning ability.Based on the theory of positive psychology and chemistry classroom teaching,starting with the analysis of high school chemistry learning and teaching by compiling the scale,this study puts forward the following suggestions for high school chemistry classroom teaching:Optimize teaching design and create positive emotional experience;Optimize teachers’ evaluation methods and enhance positive emotional experience;Strengthen teachers’ positive personality traits and play a positive guiding role;Guide students to think actively and cultivate positive characteristics;Create a positive organizational system.And I selected four senior classes to practice,using questionnaire survey and SPSS 28.0 software makes a comparative analysis of the survey results of students’ learning attitude and learning ability before and after practice to verify the effectiveness of teaching suggestions.It is found that after four months of practice,students’ learning enthusiasm is enhanced,their autonomous learning ability is improved,and a good sense of learning experience is obtained.It can be seen that it is feasible and effective to design teaching links based on the theory of positive psychology.
