In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping pointed out: "After long-term efforts,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era and is a new historical orientation for China's development." Comrade Xi Jinping mentioned at the National Education Conference that education in the new era should attach importance to carrying out all-round patriotic education for students;we should focus on improving students' moral cultivation;we should strive to enhance students' insights;we should attach importance to cultivating spiritual culture;we should enhance our comprehensive quality;we should attach importance to aesthetic education,and strive to improve students' humanistic qualities and aesthetic level.At the peking master's and students' forum,Xi Jinping stressed the need to take the effectiveness of Lide tree people as the fundamental criterion for testing whether all the work of the school is carried out normally,and promote the realization of cultural people and moral education.During his inspection of Tsinghua University,Xi Jinping said that contemporary youth and the development of the new era should move forward side by side and make progress together,and young people should consciously assume heavy responsibilities,improve their self-cultivation,work hard,pioneer and innovate,and meet challenges.Changji Prefecture is an important passage connecting southern and northern Xinjiang.Since ancient times,it has been the throat of the western region and the barrier of northern Xinjiang,and it is a multi-ethnic settlement known as the "key to the door",and there has always been a fine tradition of harmonious coexistence and harmonious development of all ethnic groups.Under such a multi-ethnic music culture that integrates with each other,it also gives Changji Prefecture Primary School more choice space in terms of content and form for extracurricular music activities.As one of the important ways for school music education to implement moral and aesthetic education for students,extracurricular music activities are of great significance to cultivating students' collectivism and patriotism and promoting the all-round development of students' morality,intellect,physique,beauty and labor.Under the background of such a new era of education,how to carry out extracurricular music activities in Changji Prefecture Primary School on the road of keeping up with the pace of education of the times,and what results have been achieved? There are still those deficiencies in development,and finding countermeasures for these deficiencies is the core of this research.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,and the introduction part applies the literature research method,which fully summarizes the research objectives,research background and significance,literature review,research techniques and methods.The second part is the core concept and theoretical foundation,sorting out and learning to summarize the concept of extracurricular music in the context of education in the new era,summarizing the basic theories related to education in the new era,and laying a solid theoretical foundation for the research of the thesis.The third part is a survey of the current situation of extracurricular music activities in primary schools in Changji Prefecture under the background of education in the new era,and collects data through the distribution of questionnaires,case interviews,observation methods,and data collection.The fourth part is an analysis of the current situation of extracurricular music activities in primary schools in Changji Prefecture under the background of education in the new era,and a rational analysis of the current situation of extracurricular music activities in primary schools in Changji Prefecture is rationally analyzed by case analysis method,data analysis method and literature research method.Based on the theory related to the educational background in the new era,the core issues restricting the development of extracurricular music activities in Changji Primary School are clearly defined.The fifth part is the suggestions and reflections on the development of extracurricular music activities in Changji Prefecture Primary Schools under the background of education in the new era.This chapter uses the literature research method and the text analysis method to highlight the cultivation of students' humanistic education in extracurricular music activities,cultivate students' ability to develop independently,pay attention to the development of characteristic extracurricular music activities,and improve the teaching management system of extracurricular music activities in the new era.
