Since the beginning of poverty alleviation,counterpart assistance has been started all over the country.Areas with good economic development have counterpart support for areas with relatively weak economic development.Assistance in education is also of similar significance to assistance in poverty alleviation.Better developed schools provide "paired assistance" to backward grass-roots schools.Many primary and secondary schools also "help young teachers in pairs" by pairing teachers and apprentices.The assistance in the classroom is to pair up with students under the guidance of teachers,so as to provide some help for the achievement of school teaching objectives,help "students with learning difficulties" master basic knowledge,improve the performance of "students with learning difficulties" and promote the improvement of "excellent students".Firstly,based on the existing research theories and combined with the teaching practice,this paper defines the connotation of "pair assistance",combs and summarizes the theoretical basis of "pair assistance".According to the theoretical basis,the "pair assistance" plan between "excellent students" and "poor students" in junior middle school physics teaching was compiled,and the propaganda was completed according to the plan;Select the objects and classify them according to the physics test scores of "excellent students" and "poor students";Pairing between "excellent students" and "poor students";Explain the filling requirements and use of assistance record form;Preliminary preparations such as task arrangement.Adapt students to the "pair assistance" plan according to the;Standardize the bad behavior of "students with learning difficulties" in class and let "students with learning difficulties" participate in classroom activities;Help the "students with learning difficulties" master the basic knowledge of physics,deepen the "excellent students" understanding and mastery of the basic knowledge of physics,and implement the three-stage "paired assistance" plan in classroom listening,classroom discussion and after-school paired learning.According to the result analysis,interview analysis,questionnaire analysis,classroom observation,recovery and evaluation of the help record form,this paper summarizes the experimental conclusions of transforming "students with learning difficulties" and improving "excellent students" with the "pair help" plan.The help record registration form can really supervise and evaluate the paired learning process of "excellent students" and "poor students" after class,and give play to the leading role of teachers in the implementation of the "paired help" plan;The "pair helping" program plays a certain role in transforming the bad behavior of "students with learning difficulties" in the classroom and improving the participation of "students with learning difficulties" in classroom activities;The "pairing assistance" program plays a positive role in "students with learning difficulties" mastering basic knowledge and "excellent students" consolidating and deepening discipline knowledge.It can improve the physical performance of "students with learning difficulties" and "excellent students",and play a two-way role in improving the physical performance of "students with learning difficulties".
