This paper focuses on a single teaching behavior with great influence-class questioning.When the teaching evaluation mechanism is facing reform,teachers’ professional ability needs to be developed urgently,and teachers’ ability to ask questions needs attention,a report template for the evaluation of junior high school physics classroom questioning is developed to observe and evaluate Teachers’ questioning behavior develops scientific and reliable evaluation tools for questioning evaluation,enriches the questioning evaluation system,and realizes the two-way value of teaching and evaluation.In this paper,the research work is carried out according to the two main stages of "building a junior high school physics question evaluation report template" and "using the question evaluation report template to provide feedback".First of all,in the stage of "constructing a template for assessment report on physics questioning in junior high school",this paper has completed the following work:(1)Design question evaluation standard table: Based on the theoretical basis,select five macro-dimensions and 11 micro-dimensions of questioning evaluation in junior high school physics classrooms,and then sort out the questioning evaluation standards by summarizing and sorting out literature,which used to refer to whether teachers’ questioning behavior is can meet the theoretical requirements.(2)Amend the evaluation criteria for questions: communicate with experts in physics course teaching theory,physics teaching and research staff,and front-line physics teachers,and revise and improve the evaluation criteria several times.(3)Construct the questioning observation record sheet: record the performance of each dimension of the teacher’s questioning behavior in the classroom.(4)Development of questioning and evaluation scale: display the results of questioning and evaluation.Secondly,in the stage of "Proposing Feedback Using the Question Evaluation Report Template",this paper has completed the following tasks:(1)During the trial process,the question and evaluation observation record sheet was used to listen to the class,and the expert physics teacher’s question and evaluation report was formed.The deficiencies of the evaluation report in the input practice should be repaired in combination with expert suggestions,which enhances the practical value of the evaluation report by asking questions.(2)In the process of use,the classroom questioning observation record sheet was used to listen to the class,and the gap between the teachers’ actual questioning behavior and the theoretical behavior standards was compared and analyzed,and the classroom questioning evaluation report of the case teacher was formed,which reflected the practicality and monitoring of the questioning evaluation report.The research results show that the questioning evaluation report developed in this paper,which includes three parts: evaluation criteria,observation record form and evaluation scale,can indeed monitor and evaluate teachers’ classroom questioning behavior in an all-round way,and can realize two-way teaching and evaluation after being put into use.value.In terms of teacher teaching:(1)Set goals for teachers to improve questioning behavior.(2)Provide materials for teachers to reflect on questioning behavior.(3)Develop tools for teachers to test questioning behavior.(4)Provide suggestions for teachers to polish questioning behavior.In terms of questioning and evaluation:(1)Mined the dimensions of questioning and evaluation.(2)Organized the standards of questioning and evaluation.(3)Innovated the tools of questioning and evaluation.
