| The essence of school-based teaching and research is to improve the quality of school teaching,take the school as the foundation,take the teacher as the main body,and on this basis carry out education and teaching research that adapts to the actual situation of the school.Studies have clarified the role of school-based teaching and research in teaching reform.For rural primary school teachers,school-based teaching and research is an important way to improve the quality of teachers’ teaching and promote their professional development.In actual situation,the quality of school-based teaching and research for rural primary school teachers still needs to be improved,which directly affects the quality of teaching in rural primary schools.At this stage,the balanced development of compulsory education requires schools to focus on improving the quality of rural education,and the research on school-based teaching and research of rural primary school teachers should be carried out in the front line of teaching,in order to find the main factors affecting the school-based teaching and research of rural primary school teachers,and on this basis,effective countermeasures are proposed,which is of great practical significance for improving the quality of rural primary school teaching and research and promoting the professional development of teachers.Through literature analysis,interview analysis,physical analysis,and field observation,this paper investigates the implementation of school-based teaching and research in M Primary School,and on the basis of analyzing its implementation status,reflects on the reasons for the problem,and proposes countermeasures to promote the professional development of rural primary school teachers with school-based teaching and research.Through interviews,it was found that at present,the internal and external structure of M primary school teaching and research is relatively complete,the school attaches more importance to school-based teaching and research,and the main purpose of school-based teaching and research is to improve the teaching level.However,there are still the following problems in school-based teaching and research: the lack of assessment of school-based teaching and research in the teacher evaluation system,the lack of school-based teaching and research organization and professional guidance,the lack of educational resources for school-based teaching and research,the insufficient internal driving force for teachers to carry out school-based teaching and research,the insufficient professional ability of teachers to carry out school-based teaching and research,and the multiple obstacles faced by family and work conflicts in teachers carrying out school-based teaching and research.In view of the existing problems,this study proposes countermeasures to promote school-based teaching and research: establish a sound school-based teaching and research system,strengthen school-based teaching and research organization and professional leadership,increase the construction of school-based teaching and research resource library,strengthen teachers’ awareness of school-based teaching and research,enhance teachers’ professional capabilities,and strengthen humanistic care for teachers. |
