Research On Campus Safety Management Countermeasures Of Rural Junior Middle Schools

The foundation of education in our country is compulsory education,and rural compulsory junior high school education is an important part of it.However,in recent years,the safety of rural junior high school campuses in our country has been frequently encountered and the form of rural campus safety has become more and more severe.Our country's rural schools,especially those in the central and western regions,campus safety management is relatively low due to its particularity.First,rural schools are at a disadvantage in the distribution of educational resources;second,left-behind children are increasing year by year.The problem of rural school safety is prominent,which mainly manifests that a considerable number of rural schools have weak safety awareness;the hardware facilities and equipment are not perfect,and safety management is relatively low.Therefore,when conducting the study,this article uses X County in Shaanxi Province as the case study object.First,analyzes the research background,the research conclusion and theoretical basis of the article,and defines related theories and concepts,and then uses X County in Shaanxi Province as a case.The research objects,based on the analysis of the basic situation of County X,carried out investigation and analysis from the perspective of teachers and students to understand their understanding of the safety management of X County campus,and analyzed the X County junior high school campus based on the results of questionnaire surveys and interviews.Safety management problems and reasons,and finally put forward targeted solutions including schools attach importance to their own safety management,strengthen safety education for students,and strengthen safety supervision of students,teachers carry out education according to the actual situation,and one post with double responsibilities;government,Improve laws and regulations,strengthen departmental coordination,increase education funding,and do a good job in teacher safety education and training.
