Safety Risk Analysis And Application In Liaoning Administrators College Of Police

The university is a place with a collection of knowledge, and its campus securityplays an important role in protecting the student’s life and property, which hasprofound influence on the whole society. When the problems of campus securitymanagement are growing more and more seriously, the studies on campus securityhas become particularly important, while the research on the campus safetymanagement in China is not yet mature. So the research on campus security risk notonly has certain theoretical significance, but also has more practical application one.Based on the qualitative analysis methods of literature and survey, this articlehas concluded and summarized five main influence factors of campus security risk inLiaoning Administration College of Police and Justice, including: the organizationfactors, the personnel quality factors, environmental factors, prevention managementfactors and accident prevention factors. This article has determined the campussecurity evaluation index through the combination research methods of qualitativeand quantitative, and also has built the security risk assessment model of LiaoningAdministration College of Police and Justice by the means of using the subjectiveempowerment model to assess the original evaluation index. At last, according to thecampus safety risk assessment results and present situation of LiaoningAdministration College of Police and Justice, this article proposed some suggestionsfrom four aspects, such as campus education, management, technology and seriousemergent incident, which can improve the campus security management system.
