China has been a big country of poetry since ancient times.It is a tradition of the Chinese nation to use poetry to express and record.From the earliest book such as The Book of Songs and The Songs of Chu to the later poems of Tang and Song dynasties,poetry has been continuously inherited and developed over thousands of years.Classical poetry,with its exquisite language art,concise structure and beautiful rhythm,shows its own thoughts and feelings.Later modern poetry also follows the same path,expressing inner feelings more directly,being more flexible and lively in form and more understandable in language.Modern poetry,also known as new poetry,refers to poetry from the May 4th Movement to the founding of the People's Republic of China,mainly used to reflect people's lives and feelings in the new era.Modern poetry is an important part of Chinese teaching materials in middle school,and the edition of junior middle school also puts forward corresponding teaching requirements for modern poetry.However,in the actual Chinese teaching process,the classroom teaching of modern poetry is always in an awkward situation.The author will be divided into five chapters to elaborate.The first chapter mainly talks about the reason of the research,the theory of the research,literature review,and the significance of the research.Firstly it's talking about the irreplaceable literary function of modern poetry itself,and the contradiction in the predicament of junior high school teaching.Secondly,it discusses the learning requirements of junior high school students based on the Chinese Curriculum Standard of full-time Compulsory Education,and provides a theoretical basis for the study by referring to the cognitive development of adolescents and humanistic learning theory.Then it lists the research methods of this paper: literature research method,data analysis method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.Then I looked up the literature related to the teaching of modern poetry in junior middle school,and analyzed it according to four categories,so as to have a deep understanding of the dilemma of current teaching.Finally,it points out the important role of modern poetry in junior high school Chinese,as well as the importance of junior high school students.The second chapter explains the core concepts of modern poetry and analyzes its teaching value,collates the development process of modern poetry,mainly combs the development situation of modern poetry in each age since the May 4th Movement,and explains the meaning of modern poetry teaching and partial compilation of modern poetry teaching.Then the teaching value of compiling modern poetry in junior middle school is explained in detail,which can enhance aesthetic ability,increase artistic interest,awaken creative thinking,dare to express oneself,edify inner spirit,root patriotic feelings,enrich Chinese knowledge and exercise reading and writing ability,The lastit discusses the learning requirements of junior high school students based on the Chinese Curriculum Standard of full-time Compulsory Education.The third chapter uses student questionnaire surveys and teacher interviews to conduct basic surveys on modern poetry teaching.First,design the survey,consider the purpose of the survey,survey objects,and survey methods,and then ask through a combination of on-site visits and online.,Set up related questions,and then analyze the survey results,mainly textbook analysis,student analysis,and teacher analysis.The results are mainly presented in the form of tables,supplemented by question-and-answer dialogues,which truly show the current state of the teaching of modern poetry.The problems of modern poetry teaching in junior middle school are mainly reflected in three aspects: textbook problems,students' problems,teachers' problems and school problems.First of all,the modern poetry textbooks in the whole junior middle school have few articles and a long time,which is not conducive to students' understanding.Moreover,they are scattered and unbalanced,and do not form systematic modules,so that students can not gradually and comprehensively perceive modern poetry.In addition,a large number of self-reading texts make the utilization rate of textbooks low.Secondly,students have less and late contact with modern poetry,there is a sense of distance to it,and there will be psychological exclusion to learn modern poetry.At the same time,junior middle school students have the pressure of high school entrance examination,and modern poetry does not account for the weight of exam-oriented education,students lack motivation to learn,and weak appreciation ability.Second teachers' interest in modern poetry is not high,long-term lack of poetry literacy,also affected by test,compression and simplifying the teaching contents,which involves many extra-curricular knowledge and modern poetry,the teacher reserve is not sufficient,the extensions and expand,and patternizing teaching for a long time,not easy to deal with flexible modern poetry,The teaching process is single,the teaching content is outdated and the teaching effect is not good.Finally,there is the problem of school which is easy to be ignored.There is almost no atmosphere for learning poetry in the whole school,and students spend a lot of time living on campus,so its auxiliary function is not well played and cannot influence students imperceptibly.Finally,the fifth chapter studies the relevant solutions for how to effectively solve the above teaching problems,which are still discussed in points,that is,textbook countermeasures,students countermeasures,teachers countermeasures,school countermeasures.First of all,the requirements of teaching materials should increase the number of poems moderately,enrich the types of modern poems,and increase the poetry of modern elements,which is closer to students' life.It is suggested to distribute evenly in the arrangement of teaching materials,and there will no longer be zero entries in some semesters.Secondly,students should also face up to the value of modern poetry to actively carry out extracurricular reading,straighten out the learning attitude,do not learn for the test.Then the teacher as the designer of the class,to speed up the study of modern poetry related knowledge,to improve their teaching level,but also enrich their teaching methods,constantly trying to arouse students' interest in reading,teacher contact feeling of life,the value of poetry,to share their experience,to facilitate students' understanding of modern poetry,don't forget to take the student as the main body,Play the role of the classroom.Last school has a chance to improve your creation poetry society,so as to enhance students' literacy in modern poetry,parent-school cooperative assistance,broadening the channels for students to learn poems,set up a variety of colorful activities to modern poetry,arouse teachers and students learning interest of the poem,and actively to the teachers to conduct teaching training,creating the atmosphere of whole campus modern poetry study.In summary,this thesis explores the teaching value and significance of modern poetry in junior high school Chinese from the compulsory education Chinese curriculum standards,the cognitive development of adolescents,the humanistic learning theory,and a large number of academic research results,using interviews and questionnaires.Through the analysis of the data and the content of the interviews,we can summarize the problems of modern Chinese poetry teaching in junior high school,and propose targeted strategies from multiple angles.The innovations of this article: 1.Summarize the titles,quantity,creation year and categories of modern poems in the junior high school textbooks,summarize the problems in the textbooks,and propose their own countermeasures.2.Innovatively raise school issues in modern poetry strategies and pay attention to the problems in all aspects.
