With the continuous and in-depth development of the new curriculum reform,in response to the important guiding ideology of "education should be modernized,facing the world,facing the future",to meet the changing and growing diverse needs of students,and to cultivate the spirit of independent innovation and practical inquiry at the same time With modern talents,constructing an efficient,vibrant and energetic and harmonious classroom teaching model has become a problem to be solved.In this special period,a qualified teacher must learn to search from top to bottom,grasp the core of future education after the transformation,and grasp many new educational theories and methods that are gradually emerging,such as participatory teaching,Teaching concepts and methods such as flipped classroom,problem-driven,life education,and nature education are often used in the teaching of primary and secondary schools.In the process of gradual exploration and research,I found that the driving nature of classroom problems and the subjective participation of students and teachers are particularly important for classroom teaching,and it is the main way to improve the quality of classroom teaching.But as students have more and more autonomy in their studies,new requirements are put forward for the control of the classroom atmosphere and direction,and the quality of teachers' education and teaching also needs a higher level.I realize that how to implement a teaching model with "Chinese characteristics" in a targeted and efficient manner is where the current education reform requires more effort and effort.In this context,I clarified the situation of my class and school through a questionnaire survey,and with the help and support of the whole school's Chinese teachers,I promoted the study of the "problem-driven participatory teaching" model.Consider specific teaching strategies to solve existing problems from multiple aspects such as students,teachers,and parents.The author hopes that through this research,teachers' teaching methods can be further optimized,and students can find,explore,and solve problems in a directional manner.I read the relevant literature,understood the concept and development of problem teaching and participatory teaching,and formulated relevant teaching strategies.Then,unite the whole school's Chinese teachers to refine the core problem chain and standardize teaching.Then use the teaching observation table to observe the teaching behavior of teachers and the learning behavior of students.Through research and analysis,we continuously optimize our own teaching courses and models.It is hoped that with the help of the "problem-driven participatory teaching model",the dialogue and collaboration between teachers and students will be enhanced,so that a sense of trust between teachers and students can be generated,and the efficiency of students' learning can be effectively guaranteed,so that students can obtain independent learning The ability of thinking and thinking can effectively cope with the diversity and differences of students' learning needs in modern society.At the same time,it can also enhance the professional abilities of teachers.Generally speaking,young teachers' enthusiasm for the implementation of the teaching model is significantly higher than that of old teachers.In fact,it is also a very common phenomenon in the process of education reform.Of course,I am also very grateful to many experienced teachers for their help in difficult times.Their teaching suggestions have saved me a lot of detours.In future teaching,I will also try to let teachers who are unwilling to implement a new teaching model see the practical teaching results,and drive them to make the classroom more active.The content of problem-driven participatory teaching is very broad.There are still many shortcomings and shortcomings in this research.There are still many parts that need to be improved.In future teaching,I will combine reality and seek Change and seek newness.
