Teachers are the backbone of education reform,and studying their professional well-being and working status is of great significance to building a strong education nation.Teachers can devote themselves to the education and guidance of young children with great work enthusiasm only when they personally feel the happiness brought by their profession,and at the same time become the creator and transmitter of happiness in the process of young children's growth.This research uses literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate and analyze the status of kindergarten teachers' professional well-being and work engagement,and further analyze the relationship between them.The research results show that: 1.The occupational well-being of kindergarten teachers is generally at a medium level,and the dimensions from high to low are psychological well-being,social well-being,emotional well-being,and cognitive well-being.2.There are significant differences in the professional well-being of kindergarten teachers with different working years,professional titles,educational background,and nature of kindergartens,which shows that these four demographic variables all have an impact on professional well-being.3.The level of work input of kindergarten teachers is generally high,among which the sense of work value and work responsibility is high,and the degree of work concentration is low.4.There are significant differences in the work input of kindergarten teachers in terms of working years,professional titles and the nature of the kindergarten.The educational background has no influence on the kindergarten teachers' work investment.5.The results of correlation analysis of preschool teachers' professional well-being and work investment show that they are significantly correlated,and further regression analysis finds that the impact of professional well-being on work investment is positively correlated.That is,the higher the level of professional happiness,the higher the level of work engagement.Based on the above conclusions,the researcher puts forward the following suggestions:teachers should focus on their professional growth and enhance their sense of professional accomplishment;further improve social status and salary levels;pay attention to teachers' mental health and maintain positive emotions;increase the training and training of new teachers support.
