With the profound reform of national basic education,the moral and rule of law course in junior high school can not adapt to the needs of students and social development in the traditional teaching mode.The new round of moral and rule of law teaching reform in junior high schools requires that students should pay attention to cultivating their character and core quality of key abilities,so as to promote students' all-round development and the improvement of their comprehensive ability.But for a long time,the junior middle school moral lesson and the rule of law in the traditional teaching mode of too much attention to the cultivation of students' intellectual education,knowledge teaching and the teaching result,lead to students' autonomous learning,cultivation without substantial analysis and explore problems,needs to be a new teaching model to optimize the mode of traditional junior high morality and the rule of law teaching.SYB teaching mode is a teaching mode based on learning.The model carries out the concept of "student development as the center",and trains students' autonomous learning ability through the implementation of "targeted" preview before class.The teaching links of "problem orientation,group cooperation and harvest sharing" are implemented in the class,aiming to improve students' ability of cooperative analysis,exploration and problem solving.The implementation of "real-time self-evaluation" after class is convenient for students to summarize in time and enhance their internal driving force of learning.SYB teaching model makes classroom teaching more objective,interesting and effective,greatly promotes students' independent learning and problem-solving ability and accomplishment,and is a beneficial supplement to the traditional classroom teaching model.This paper consists of five parts.The introduction part introduces the research background and significance,literature review,research objects and ideas,research methods and innovation points.The second part summarizes the concept,theoretical basis and characteristics of SYB teaching model.The third part elaborates the practical basis of SYB teaching mode applied in the middle school morality and rule of law course,and carries on the feasibility analysis;The fourth part,through the questionnaire survey,understand the current situation of junior high school students learning morality and rule of law course,and analyze the common problems;The fifth part uses SYB teaching model to carry out comparative experiment of teaching.At the end of the experiment,the application effect and existing problems of the teaching model were discussed through three ways,and the research was summarized.The research results of this paper show that the application of SYB teaching mode in the middle school morality and rule of law class has achieved good results,and students' learning enthusiasm and performance have been significantly improved;Students' ability to preview independently before class is enhanced,and the preview habit is improved.Students are more active and active in exploring problems in the class of morality and rule of law,and the classroom teaching atmosphere is promoted.and improve their ability of independent learning,analysis and problem solving.Students dare to share their learning experience and thinking in class,to take the initiative to evaluate themselves after class.The application of SYB teaching model has brought a new wind to the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle school,but there are still some limitations and deficiencies,which need to be further improved and improved.
