The sense of responsibility reflects the essential provisions of people,reflects a person's ideological understanding,value orientation,moral quality and life attitude,related to the healthy growth and future development of individuals,the prosperity of the cause of the country and successors.Junior high school students are in the critical period of "jointing pregnancy".Cultivating their sense of responsibility is related to the realization of the goal of national prosperity,national rejuvenation and the realization of people's happiness,and it is also the objective need to cultivate new people in the era of national rejuvenation.The class "Ethics and Rule of Law" in junior high school is the key course for junior high school students to buckle the first button of life,which plays a crucial role in cultivating students 'correct world outlook,outlook on life,and values,and especially plays a basic role in cultivating students' sense of responsibility.Based on this,this paper on the junior high school "moral and rule of law" cultivate students responsibility consciousness,the article first determines the core concept of responsibility consciousness,and from the junior high school students pro-social behavior,cultivate responsible youth,improve the perspective of the junior high school "moral and the rule of law" class for students responsibility consciousness cultivation.In order to more systematic analysis and grasp the moral and the rule of law class and the inner association of junior high school students responsibility consciousness,the study in junior high school seven,eight and ninth moral and the rule of law as the text,combing the textbook about the internal connection between the theme,around the self responsibility,collective responsibility,social responsibility,national responsibility consciousness,world responsibility consciousness and five aspects of the analysis.Then,this study adopts the research method,select X three middle schools to understand the current junior high school students to themselves,the collective,society,the country and the world,further analyzed the positive results of responsibility and lack,and analyzed the reasons,such as the school,family,society and students.Finally,this study for the performance of the lack of responsibility consciousness,from the perspective of curriculum theory,from constantly improve teachers 'education ability,optimize the teaching methods,integrate the development of curriculum resources and improve the evaluation mechanism of responsibility consciousness,proposed the effective way to cultivate the morality and rule of law,to enhance the moral and law of students' responsibility awareness,students to form a correct sense of responsibility,lay a solid foundation for the healthy growth of junior high school students.
