Curriculum standards are the direct basis for the compilation of teaching materials.With the continuous advancement of the reform of basic education,teaching materials are also developing in succession and seeking changes in the process of bringing forth the new.In recent years,educators pay more and more attention to textbook analysis and research.From the existing research results,most of the research methods are qualitative research.Ism method can present the relationship between knowledge elements in a hierarchical and visual structure model,which provides ideas for the quantitative research of teaching materials.This paper uses ism method as the main research method to obtain the structure model of the new and old textbooks of high school geography Hunan Education Press,and makes a comparative analysis from four aspects: core elements,starting elements,node elements and the formation relationship of the elements,so as to get the relevant enlightenment and provide some reference for the front-line teachers to analyze and use the new textbooks.In this paper,we take part 1 "water on the earth" as an exampleFirst,the comparison of core elements.From the perspective of "quantity" of core elements,the number of core elements in new textbooks is far more than that in old textbooks on the macro level,and the capacity of core elements in old textbooks is higher on the micro level.From the "quality" of the core elements,the new textbook presents the characteristics of "broad and shallow";The expression is more concise and popular;Turn to emphasize the cultivation of core literacy.Second,the comparison of starting factors.The new and old textbooks also attach importance to the practicality of the starting elements,but the difference is that the new textbooks pay more attention to the foundation of the starting elements,which is helpful to the smooth transition of students’ knowledge and the steady development of geographical core literacy.Third,the comparison of node elements.From the old textbook to the new textbook,it shows the characteristics from paying attention to the relationship between man and land to cultivating the concept of coordination between man and land,and from paying attention to the integrity of thinking to the divergence of thinking.Fourth,the formation of the relationship between factors.The new textbook pays more attention to the regularity of students’ learning and highlights the inquiry of the learning process.Finally,according to the conclusion of the analysis and comparison of teaching materials,the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions on the analysis and use of the new teaching materials of Hunan Education Press. |
