Corporate culture is a physical culture gradually characterized by management and management in the development of enterprises.It contains enterprise spirit,core values,business philosophy,norms of conduct and norms,which are recognized and uniformly observed by all employees.As one of the important factors in the competition of enterprise comprehensive strength,enterprise culture is paying more and more attention to enterprises.Excellent corporate culture can not only promote the improvement of enterprise productivity and enhance enterprise cohesion,but also maintain the core competitiveness of enterprises and accelerate the growth and development of enterprises.As one of the earliest institutions engaged in experience education and outdoor sports in China,SMT Education and Training Company has passed 20 years of development since its establishment in 2001.Corporate culture has also experienced three construction stages.Corporate culture has played an pivotal role in the process of SMT development.From the perspective of the four levels of corporate culture,the construction of spiritual culture is still relatively weak,and the corporate culture construction planning is not well integrated into the sustainable development of the company,leading to problems such as lack of guidance,lack of corporate culture construction,unclear guidance,which restrict the development of the company.Therefore,this article studies the corporate culture construction of SMT education and training company.With SMT Education and Training Company as the research object,the development situation and characteristics of corporate culture.Explain the corporate culture connotation,characteristics and functions,four-level structure,organizational culture evaluation tool(OCAI),enterprise identification system(CIS)and other theories,and apply gold.S.Cameron and Robert.E.Quinn theory analyzes the current situation of enterprise culture development,and analyzes the problems existing in the construction of enterprise culture from the four-level structure.Based on the statistical analysis results of the questionnaire,following the four principles of employee-oriented,full participation,step by step,the company identification system(CIS)was used to construct the SMT enterprise culture construction and extract the measures of enterprise culture construction.Finally,the implementation guarantee of SMT education and training company is proposed.I hope to support and help the company's corporate culture construction and the sustainable development of the company.We also hope that this study will provide reference and reference for corporate culture research in the same industry or similar industries.
