With the development of curriculum reform in the world,the process of curriculum reform in China is moving forward.Curriculum reform is looking forward to teachers' more progressive ideas,professional roles,professional qualities and working methods.This also means that in the new wave of reform and development,the role of teachers will be greatly challenged.In the process of the society's continuous comprehensive demand for talents,the importance of aesthetic education is more and more seen by people.To cultivate real all-round talents with both morality,intelligence,body,beauty and work has put forward higher requirements for each educator's own quality.Beginning teachers are a special group of teachers.They have just graduated from teacher training institutions and have a solid and rich theoretical foundation.They have just stepped into their posts and are still in the transitional stage of adapting to the role change and turning theory into practice.They have just stepped onto the platform and are still further exploring,learning and mastering various teaching skills.The new experience in the early stage of work will not only affect the improvement of the quality of the beginning teachers,but also affect the overall quality of the whole teaching team.Therefore,it is very necessary and significant to pay attention to the current situation and cultivation of teaching skills of new teachers.Through the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,case study,observation and interview,this paper compiles two questionnaires,"survey on classroom teaching skills of junior middle school music teachers in Changsha(questionnaire 1))And Changsha middle school music teachers' Evaluation on the current situation of Junior Teachers' classroom teaching skills(questionnaire 2),to understand the current situation of junior middle school music teachers' teaching skills in Changsha,and the evaluation of junior middle school music teachers and senior middle school music teachers on the current situation.This paper analyzes the survey results from different perspectives: there are some differences in the proficiency of teaching skills among beginning teachers with different teaching ages,the judgment of beginning teachers on some teaching skills is slightly different from that of old teachers,and the middle schools with different periods and teaching conditions have different levels of teaching skills.Through listening in class and after class interviews with some junior middle school music teachers,we can get the following conclusions: at present,junior middle school music teachers think that teacher training still needs to be targeted,heavy teaching tasks,teachers' lack of disposable time,extra-curricular activities pressure and other factors affect the improvement of teaching skills;senior middle school music teachers think that junior middle school music teachers also need to improve their music special skills,teaching design skills,classroom teaching skills More efforts should be made to improve the skills of organization,management and guidance of extracurricular activities.Finally,according to the research results,suggestions are put forward from four aspects: the government education department,teacher training institutions,every school in the society that popularizes music education and music beginning teachers themselves: the government should standardize and guide the skill development of beginning teachers from the system level,and establish a more comprehensive teacher training mechanism;teacher training institutions should keep up with the demand of educational talents,and constantly reform and optimize the curriculum Middle school needs to vigorously build the school aesthetic education environment,promote the development of aesthetic education,pay attention to the training of beginning teachers,and provide guarantee for teachers' growth;beginning teachers themselves should start from the six directions of "think more,listen more,see more,use more,communicate more,practice more",and constantly improve themselves,so as to realize the autonomy of beginning teachers' teaching skills development.
