The Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 Edition,2020 Revision)(hereinafter referred to as the “New Curriculum Standards”)puts forward that the curricula in senior high schools shall cultivate students' core accomplishment and fulfill the fundamental task of moral cultivation.The teaching design of high school ideological and political course is not only the core of high school political education system,but also the key to achieve this goal.Therefore,it is particularly important to study how to improve the effectiveness of the instructional design of ideological and political curricula in senior high schools.This research focuses on the core issue of “exploring countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of high school ideological and political course teaching design from the perspective of the new curriculum standard”.Based on the analysis and review of the literature,this paper takes the questionnaire survey as an important research method and the implementation of the New Curriculum Standards in the instructional design of ideological and political curricula in senior high schools as the entry point,deeply discusses the optimization and improvement of the instructional design of ideological and political curricula in senior high schools from the perspective of the New Curriculum Standards,and adopts a box question as an example of teaching design to provide beneficial practical enlightenment for the development of teaching design of high school ideological and political course.Firstly,this paper analyses the connotation and theoretical basis of ideological and political curricula instructional design in senior high schools,and expounds the requirements of the New Curriculum Standards for ideological and political curricula instructional design in senior high schools.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey,it further investigates the overall situation of ideological and political curricula instructional design in senior high schools from the perspective of the New Curriculum Standards.Besides,the problems and causes are also analyzed.After the all above analysis,some suggestions are given to promote the development of senior high school ideological and political curricula instructional design from the six levels(teachers,student analyses,instructional objectives,instructional methods,teaching links,and instructional evaluations).To be specific,from the level of teachers,it is essential to improve the professional concept of teachers,enrich professional knowledge,and consolidate professional ability.From the aspect of student analyses,scientific methods should be used to make a comprehensive analysis of learning content.From the level of instructional objectives,it is important to clarify the positioning of instructional objectives,and focus on the target design and expression.In terms of instructional methods,we can lead the students to change their learning styles by creating real problem situations in the process of cooperative learning and inquiry learning.From the level of teaching links,the warm-up stage,interaction stage and homework can be improved.From the aspect of instructional evaluation,it is essential to establish and perfect instructional evaluation standards,and design diversified evaluation subjects and evaluation methods,in order to evaluate the teaching effects scientifically.Above all,under the vision of the New Curriculum Standards,“adherence to the new development concept” has been selected for instructional design,in order to provide a new perspective for the optimization and improvement of senior high schools' ideological and political curricula instructional design.It also gives new ideas for the instructional design of front-line senior high school ideological and political curricula teachers.
