Research purposes: Basketball is a very practical sport.In a basketball game,players on the court will adopt different rhythms to respond to the game according to the form of offensive and defensive conversion on the court,which raises questions about the ability of basketball players.Higher requirements,athletes must have strong mobility when moving.Functional training is a training concept,which includes many training methods and contents,and has been proven by many people to have a positive effect.This article takes functional training as the starting point,and takes2018 undergraduate basketball students(male)as the experimental objects to explore the impact of functional training on the mobility of basketball students.Research method: This research adopts the method of literature data,according to the scientific research theory of functional training at home and abroad,and the method of expert interviews to select and determine the test indicators and training content.With 20 basketball students as the experimental subjects,they are randomly divided into groups,and then passed The mathematical analysis method sorts out and analyzes the experimental data of the test,and finally draws the conclusion of the influence of functional training on the mobility of basketball students.Research result:1.The data is compared within the group.After 8 weeks of experimental training,the six test index scores of the experimental group and the control group have improved to a certain extent.After the experiment,in the six test indicators of the control group,the four-corner sliding step and the 4x10-meter turnback run.There is a significant gap between the two indicators before and after the experiment.There is a significant difference(P<0.05),and there is no difference in the other four indicators.(P>0.05);After the experimental group received functional training,the six test indicators reflecting the mobility of basketball students have greatly improved,with significant differences(P<0.05).2.The data was compared between groups.After T test,it was found that in the comparative analysis of four-corner sliding step,30 m running,hexagonal jumping,4x10 m reentry running,and X-shaped movement,the P value was less than 0.05,indicating two There is a significant difference between the two groups,but there is no difference between the two groups in the W-shaped dribble layup performance(P>0.05).Analysis conclusion:1.Functional training and traditional training activities in the classroom can improve the mobility of basketball students to varying degrees.2.After 8 weeks of training,the improvement of each index score of the experimental group is much higher than that of the control group,indicating that functional training can improve the mobility of basketball students more than traditional training activities.3.Functional training can improve the ability of basketball students to move footwork,distance,direction,etc.,and improve the overall ability of basketball turning,stopping and getting up,and improving the overall movement,thereby improving the mobility.
