From the ivory tower to the larger society,college graduates often face many adaptation problems in the face of field shifts.With the rapid development of my country's economy and society,the number of college graduates has increased sharply,and companies' requirements for college graduates are also constantly improving and updating;market competition continues to intensify,and college graduates face tremendous work pressure after entering the workplace.come behind.Therefore,exploring the adaptation problems faced by college graduates after entering the enterprise and how to help them improve their adaptability in the workplace and integrate into the enterprise is a topic that needs urgent research.This research takes D company as an example.Through field observation and interview methods,we have learned that interpersonal communication,work ability,and work styles are all factors that affect the group's adaptation to the workplace.Through further exploration and analysis,it is found that their own abilities,qualities,and roles are insufficient.The factors affecting the adaptation of the workplace are factors such as the employee's own factors such as transformation disorders and the lack of corporate training and lack of attention.In order to better help employees solve their problems,this research uses a one-and-a-half-month social work group work method to implement interventions,set goals based on common problems of group members,and adopt "understanding the company","passing help","connecting you,me and him","Know the team" and other links of the group plan implementation,and finally conduct evaluation and follow-up.Through the intervention of corporate social work,it not only helps employees and enterprises to truly and effectively solve the adaptation problems caused by interpersonal differences,task differences,environmental differences,and interest differences after college graduates enter the job.Through group work,help group members to increase their abilities,promote their organizational socialization,adjust their attitudes and behaviors to adapt to the company's value system,organizational goals and behavioral norms;arouse the company's attention and investment in employee adaptation issues,and recruit college graduates Then create a more tolerant working environment and atmosphere.At the same time,through the research and practical experience of this article,further promote the promotion and development of corporate social work.
