At the beginning of the 21 st century,the curriculum reform of basic education requires the contemporary teachers to speed up the role transformation,which puts forward higher requirements for the professional development of ordinary teachers.When this idea matures in the reform trend and is accepted by front-line teachers,becoming a researcher also puts forward new requirements for the growth of primary school teachers.But so far,have primary school teachers become researchers? Are primary school teachers stuck on the road to becoming researchers? How can we accelerate the transformation of primary school teachers into researchers? Focusing on these problems,the author hopes to take the opportunity of internship to go deep into the teaching situation of primary school teachers and explore whether primary school teachers can really become researchers.This study is divided into three parts.The first part mainly introduces the background and describes the research process of the researcher in X Primary School,including the initial conception of the researcher,the basic situation of X Primary School and the achievements of the teachers in the research.The second part is the main body of the paper,including the dilemma of X primary school teachers becoming researchers and the analysis of the reasons for the current dilemma.This part is divided into two chapters,in trouble expression,the researchers will become researchers X primary school summed up the current dilemma of the misconceptions in understanding and practice.In practice,some teachers mentioned that they could not do research,lack of cooperation among teachers,and lack of research conditions in the school,which caused external difficulties for some teachers who wanted to do research but did not know how to do it,and finally failed to harvest the fruits of research.In the last part of the paper,the researcher proposes a possible solution to the dilemma of primary school teachers becoming researchers mentioned above,in the hope that primary school teachers can smoothly transform their roles in the trend of reform and make a big step forward for the professional development of teachers.The research shows that the teachers of X Primary School have made great achievements on their way to becoming researchers.Under the influence of the excellent school atmosphere,many teachers are eager for self-development.Although there are still problems,through the efforts of teachers,schools and external forces,teachers will eventually achieve gratifying changes.The experience of excellent schools can be used for reference by other schools,but different schools have their own different learning conditions.Therefore,it is necessary for each school to provide effective guidance and help for primary school teachers to accelerate their transformation into researchers based on their own teaching and teacher team development needs.
