Objective: This paper explores the influence of 12-week pattern rope skipping exercise intervention on college students' fear of negative evaluation and physical self-esteem,analyzes the mediating role of physical self-esteem between pattern rope skipping exercise intervention and fear of negative evaluation,and provides a reference for the development of exercise intervention program to reduce college students' fear of negative evaluation from the perspective of improving physical self-esteem.Methods: Through the method of literature data to obtain the theoretical basis,the use of experimental method will be 60 junior,senior non-sports major college students as the experimental subjects,randomly divided into experimental group and control group 30 people each.All the subjects volunteered to participate in the intervention experiment of moderate-intensity synchronized rope skipping 3 times a week for 12 weeks,each time for 60 minutes.The control group did not participate in the synchronized rope skipping,other activities were consistent with the experimental group.The physical self-esteem scale and the concise fear scale of negative evaluation were used to measure the subjects before and after the experiment.Results:(1)Rope skipping movement after the intervention,students in the sports ability,physical condition,body quality and physical self-esteem,there exist some time interacting with the group total score(P < 0.01),physical self-worth dimensions exist time interacting with the group(P < 0.05),the main effect of time on physical attractiveness dimensions(P < 0.01);There was interaction between time and group on positive score and total score of negative evaluation fear(P < 0.01),and there was time main effect on negative score of negative evaluation fear(P < 0.01).(2)After the intervention of figure rope skipping,the level of physical self-esteem of college students was significantly improved(P<0.01),which was reflected in the physical attractiveness,athletic ability and physical condition,physical quality and before the experiment were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the body self-worth was significantly improved(P<0.05).The total score of negative evaluation fear and the positive score of negative evaluation fear were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the negative score of negative evaluation fear was significantly improved(P<0.05).(3)The intervention of figure rope skipping can improve the fear of negative evaluation of college students through the mediating variable of body self-esteem,and the effect is 0.345.Conclusions:(1)Synthetic rope skipping intervention can improve the level of physical self-esteem of college students.(2)Synthetic rope skipping intervention can improve the level of negative evaluation fear of college students.(3)The 12-week pattern rope skipping exercise intervention can not only directly improve the negative evaluation fear of college students,but also indirectly reduce the negative evaluation fear of college students by improving physical self-esteem.
