Objective: Through extensive and in-depth investigations of amateur sports school coaches,explore the theoretical basis of coaching literacy of amateur sports school coaches,analyze the connotation,characteristics and structure of coaching literacy of amateur sports school coaches,and construct a practical,comprehensive content,formal and standardized Applicable to the evaluation index system of coaching literacy of various amateur sports school coaches.Methods: Use the literature data method and interview method to initially construct the evaluation index system framework,use the Delphi method,which is two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires,to screen and determine the evaluation indexes,assign values to the importance of each index according to the experts,and compare pairwise to construct a judgment matrix.The analytic hierarchy process determines the weight coefficient of each indicator.The Cronbach coefficient method was used to verify the reliability of the expert questionnaire,and the expert scoring method was used to determine the content validity and structural validity of the expert questionnaire.Use mathematical statistics to perform descriptive statistics,reliability analysis,score data of all levels of indicators,calculation of indicator weights,and consistency testing on expert questionnaires.Results:(1)The coaching literacy of amateur sports school coaches is based on amateur sports school students.On the premise that they have a solid reserve of coaching knowledge and proficiency in coaching skills,they correct their emotional attitudes and values,train,guide and train athletes efficiently,and promote The coaching object completes the physical training work and realizes the comprehensive quality of the coaching goal,which is complex,comprehensive,hierarchical,and dynamic.(2)The positive coefficients of the experts in the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were 100% and 80%,respectively,the coefficients of expert authority were0.85 and 0.854,and the coordination coefficients were 0.232 and 0.507;the coefficient of variation of the first round of indicators ranged from 0.04 to Between 0.27,the coefficient of variation of the second round of indicators ranged from 0.00 to 0.17;the Cronbach ?reliability coefficients of the two rounds of questionnaires were 0.962 and 0.977,and the validity was 0.821 and 0.852,respectively.(3)The constructed amateur sports school coaches' coaching literacy evaluation index and weighting system include: 3 first-level indexes(0.377 coaching knowledge,0.472 coaching ability,and 0.151 coaching attitude);10 second-level indexes(basic professional knowledge 0.25,special item)Knowledge 0.75,talent selection ability 0.221,teaching training ability 0.477,organization management ability 0.146,competition instruction ability0.103,research innovation ability 0.052,coaching cognition 0.539,coaching emotion 0.297,coaching tendency 0.164);42 three-level indicators.Conclusion:(1)Coaching knowledge is the foundation,which basically guarantees the successful implementation of coaching;coaching ability is the key,which directly affects the training effect,competition performance and the personal development of athletes;coaching attitude is a prerequisite,which helps them understand the coaching work correctly Purpose,meaning and function,forming a scientific teaching concept.Coaching knowledge is the basic condition for the formation of coaching ability.The formation of coaching ability is the goal to be achieved through the practice of coaching knowledge,and the coaching attitude is the driving force for the acquisition,transformation and practice of coaching knowledge,and the formation and re-understanding of coaching ability.(2)The various elements of coaching qualities of amateur sports school coaches form a certain structure,the most important of which is solid specialized knowledge and strong coaching ability.Coaches can improve their own coaching qualities through solid professional basic knowledge and accumulation of specific knowledge,strengthening teaching and training capabilities and talent selection capabilities,and improving coaching attitudes.(3)The evaluation index system is scientifically designed and reflects the current situation of coaching in amateur sports schools and the content,nature and characteristics of coaching work,and has a certain degree of operability.It further supplements the research theory of coaches in amateur sports schools in my country,and provides a tool reference for perfecting the evaluation and evaluation of coaches in amateur sports schools,which has certain applicability.
