The youth is strong,China is strong,the physical strength of China is strong,the physical health of the youth is related to the hope of a country and a nation.In recent years,the situation that the physical health condition of the teenagers in our country continues to decline has not been fundamentally improved.In January 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 Edition),which clearly defined physical training as a required content to be learned,and focused on strengthening the impact of physical training on students' physical health.In this study,the literature method,experimental method and other research methods were used to study the influence of ten minutes of physical training on the physical health of students in the optional class of high school volleyball for a period of 12 weeks.In each physical training of the basic part of physical fitness,one class was the control group,and the traditional class training was used for teaching.Class 6 was the experimental group,and ten minutes of physical training was used for teaching.The changes of various indicators of physical health level before and after the experiment were analyzed by inter-group and intra-group t-test.The experimental results are as follows:1.Body shape: after the experiment,there were no significant differences in height,weight and BMI between the experimental group and the control group,before and after the control group and before and after the experimental group(P>0.05).2.Physical function: there was no significant difference in the vital capacity of boys(ES=0.36)and girls(ES=0.39)before and after the experiment in the control group(P>0.05).Before and after the experiment,the vital capacity of boys(ES=1.25)and girls(ES=1.16)were significantly different(P<0.01).After the experiment,there were significant differences in the vital capacity of boys(ES=0.89)and girls(ES=0.97)between experimental group and control group(P<0.05).3.In terms of physical fitness,there were significant differences between male and female students in the control group before and after the experiment(P<0.05).Before and after the experiment,the standing long jump(ES=0.76)of the boys in the experimental group had significant difference(P<0.05).Before and after the experiment,the standing long jump(ES=0.97),the boys' 50-meter run(ES=1.36),the girls' 50-meter run(ES=1.08)and the girls' 1-minute sit-up(ES=1.30)had highly significant difference(P<0.01).After the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in standing long jump of boys(ES=0.91),standing long jump of girls(ES=0.86),50-meter run of boys(ES=0.94),50-meter run of girls(ES=0.83)and 1-minute sit-ups of girls(ES=0.83)(P<0.05).According to the above experimental results,the conclusions are as follows:1.There is no significant difference in the effect of ten minutes of physical exercise on the height,weight and BMI of male and female students in the optional volleyball class of Grade One in senior one.2.Ten minutes of physical exercise can significantly improve the vital capacity of male and female students in the optional course of volleyball in Grade One.3.Ten minutes of physical exercise has a good promoting effect on the standing long jump,50-meter run and one-minute sit-up performance of girls and boys in the optional course of volleyball of senior one,but there is no significant difference in the improvement of sitting body bending,1,000-meter run,800-meter run and boys' pull-up effect.4.The design of the 10-minute physical exercise program focuses on the principles of diversification,interest,compensation,specialization,planning and systematicness.The ten-minute physical exercise should be adjusted according to the actual practice of students,so as to promote the all-round development of students' physical health.
