Practical Exploration Of Social Work Agencies Undertaking Community Service Projects

The socialization of community services is the basic direction and target positioning of promoting the modernization of urban and rural community governance.Since 2016,Suzhou has comprehensively promoted the pilot project of community service socialization,and promoted the innovation of community governance system by purchasing services from social organizations,decomposing and transferring government functions.Faced with the ever-expanding demand for services purchased by the government,the social work organization as the main body of the project still needs in-depth exploration in how to effectively solve the difficulties encountered in project implementation,successfully complete the project plan,improve the ability to undertake the project,and achieve sustainable development.This article takes the practice of community service socialization projects undertaken by Institution H as an example,and tries to provide possible reference samples and experience for social work institutions to undertake community service projects.Through the methods of participatory observation and interviews,the project practice exploration process was sorted out,and the practical results were summarized.The H social work organization in Suzhou,through the preliminary needs investigation and preparation work,combined with its own development mission and service goals,landed in the L community to carry out community service socialization projects.During the project implementation process,social work professional services were in place,which made up for the lack of community public services and improved The level of autonomy of residents in the community has enhanced the effectiveness of community governance and has also exercised its comprehensive ability to undertake community service projects.At the same time,this article reflects on the results on the basis of summarizing the results,and addresses the problems of weak internal comprehensive service capabilities of the organization,low participation of external project service objects,low cooperation of project partners,and insufficient support of project buyers in the process of undertaking projects.Analyzed,and proceeded from the perspective of energization,guided by the individual initiative model,and based on the different levels of energization,provided optimization suggestions for social work organizations to undertake community service projects.First,at the individual level,social work organizations must continuously improve their comprehensive service capabilities;second,at the level of interpersonal relationships,they must be recognized by community residents and establish good cooperation with community neighborhood committees;and at the level of social participation,they must actively respond to system requirements while striving for independence.Achieve the effect of improving internal capabilities and obtaining external support,gradually realizing overall self-enhancement,improving the organization's comprehensive ability to undertake community service projects,promoting the sustainable development of the organization,and providing reference for the promotion of community service socialization project pilots suggestions.
