Abstract/Summary:
Vigorously developing vocational education and building a modern vocational education system are the basic requirements for China to build a strong educational country.On July 27,2015,the Ministry of Education issued "Several Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Vocational Education and Teaching and Improving the Quality of Personnel Training in an All-round Way",which pointed out that the development of vocational skills competitions,the improvement of the quality of personnel training,the promotion of innovation in personnel training modes,and the provision of high-quality personnel resources to promote economic and social development and enhance national competitiveness.As a major institutional design and innovation of vocational education in China,vocational skill competition has deepened the teaching reform of secondary vocational schools and promoted the development of the teaching staff.It has become an important means for the training of technical talents in secondary vocational schools.However,because the current theoretical research on vocational skill competition is not deep enough,especially for the lack of a unified understanding of how to effectively integrate with the training of secondary vocational skills,it will cause a great degree of waste of educational resources and affect the development of vocational education.Based on many years of practical exploration in vocational skills competition,the author carries out relevant research from the perspective of integration of competition and training of skilled personnel in secondary vocational schools;combines the competitions through experience sorting,investigation interviews,data induction and other means,from the "motivation analysis","training stage analysis","results utility analysis" and so on.On the basis of the research,this paper puts forward five aspects of perfection: human,financial and material guarantee,curriculum system construction,teacher echelon construction,student training mode and long-term school-enterprise cooperation.Suggestions on the Training Model of Skills Competition Talents.On this basis,it further puts forward "taking skill competition as the guide,defining the goal of talent training","taking skill competition as the standard,strengthening the training of skills and comprehensive abilities","taking skill competition as the link,strengthening the construction of training base","taking skill competition as the grasp,promoting curriculum and teaching reform".Five strategies are put forward to promote the effective integration of skills competition and the training of skilled personnel in Vocational schools,such as "training a team of double-qualified teachers based on skills competition".The National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan promulgated by the Ministry of Education in early 2019 once again clarifies that the task of vocational education is to cultivate skilled personnel through the integration of production and education,which is the glorious task and mission of every secondary vocational school and every secondary vocational teacher;the author believes that the study of this case will certainly improve the skills of secondary vocational schools.It can provide help to the level of competition,and it will also have reference significance and reference value to improve the quality of vocational technical personnel training.
