Time is not only a scarce resource,but also a carrier of activities.It is like a window that can detect the quality and status of the work of the collective or the actors.This research uses kindergarten teachers in X City and H City in S Province as the sample scope.Through questionnaire survey,interview and observation methods,the purpose of this research is to present the current situation of kindergarten teachers' daily work,to show the time dilemmas faced by teachers,and analyze the influencing factors of teachers' time dilemma,hoping to have a deeper understanding of the working status of kindergarten teachers.This research uses social time theory to deconstruct the teachers' daily work time and its distribution status,focusing on the four aspects of time structure,time rhythm,time boundary,and time sequence.The study found that in the daily life of kindergarten teachers,the teacher's time structure presents a situation where institutional time is dominant,interactive time expands,and self-time is scarce.There is a problem of time structure inertia,which is manifested in the responsibilities of institutional time and self-time.In the time rhythm,it presents a state of long working hours,fragmented time,and frequent changes in rhythm,exposing the disadvantages of accelerated time rhythm,which is manifested as timeliness compression and immediacy enhancement;on the time boundary,it shows the working time direction The spread of private time has caused the problem of blurred time boundaries,which is manifested by teachers losing the right to time autonomy;in the order of time,there is a tendency to give priority to administrative affairs and superior work,which makes teachers unable to do things that they think are valuable.Thus making it fall into the predicament of "alienation".Therefore,starting from the problems reflected in the status quo,in-depth dialogue with teachers,from the two aspects of external resistance and internal constraints,the reasons why teachers are trapped in the daily life time dilemma are analyzed.On the one hand,as a teacher's working field,external factors such as organizational power and organizational nature in kindergartens cause teachers to have time dilemmas.The influence of organizational power is attributed to three aspects: the reaction of time discipline to teachers' time quality,administrative intervention over the time autonomy of teachers,and the acceleration of teachers' time rhythm and blurring of boundaries caused by information control;the reasons for the nature of the organization are reflected in public gardens and private schools Differentiation of park time budget.On the other hand,as a result of individual choice,the constraints of teachers' own work habits and the lack of professional ideals are the internal factors for their time dilemmas.The teacher's unhelpful work habits aggravate the stacking of tasks;the lack of professional ideals leads to the loss of professional commitments,making time efficiency and deep focus an illusion.Finally,according to the analysis of the status quo and reasons,from the level of the kindergarten organization and the individual teachers,suggestions are made to break through the plight of teachers' daily life,hoping to provide help for teachers to lead a meaningful day's life.
