| This thesis mainly studies the non-institution living condition of primary school teacher outside of 8 hours institution time.Though the investigation and interviews for no-institution living time,space and activity three dimensions life situation of a primary school teacher after work-time and during holidays,the paper shows the problems and cause of teachers’ non-institution life.Taken the work time and work intensity during non-institution of primary school teachers as breakthrough point,we reveal teacher’ work pressure and the influence which work lead to,in order to arouse the attention and thinking of the parties to teacher’ real living condition and non-institution life.The study of the non-institutiontime,referring tooutside of 8 hours institution time,Includes16:30-23:30,and the weekends,summer and winter vacations.The vital of the paper is to takethe work time and work intensity during non-institution of primary school teachers as breakthrough point to reveal teacher’ work pressure and the quality of teachers’ life.The whole paper is divided into four parts as follows.The first part introduces the research background,research purpose and meaning of teacher’ non-institution life,defines the concept of teacher’ non-institution life and discusses the research status at home and abroad about the primary teacher’ work and life.Then the study states the research object,methods,difficulty and innovation.The second part investigates the non-institution living condition of W teacher outside eight hours in detail.Starting with working days,weekends and summer and winter vacation and time,and presenting from space and activity three dimensions,the paper strives to grasp the overall perspective of teacher’ non-institution life.The results show that the institution life is gradually encroach on the non-institution life,with the situation that work time expand unlimitedly and work space extend to family,which lead to that non-institution life trend to institutionalization and leisure life shrinks.The third part analyses the cause of W teacher’ non-institution life from six aspects as follows,the unremitting pursuit of high quality education from parents,teacher’ role expectation and multiple role conflict,the work object and nature of teachers,the training system of teachers,and the evaluation and promotion mechanism of teachers.Finally,based on the investigation for non-institution living actuality of primary school teachers,the paper proposes four thinking for the situation that teachers’ non-institution life is excessively encroached by institution life:Should not be encroach on teachers’ life because of teachers’ work characteristics;The legislative and judicial departments should be clear legal provisions,to safeguard and protect the rights of teachers’ professional and personal rights;Education management should simplify the evaluation rules in order to effectively reduce the strength of teachers’ work;The understanding of "successful teacher" should not be only one.We should respectteachers’ choice. |
