Research On Knowledge Sharing Model Of Social Question Answering Platform

From the static web page that users can only browse in front of the screen in the Web1.0 era to the users can realize direct interaction with each other through the network in the Web2.0 era,the development of the Internet has brought about leap-forward development in various fields,and also promoted the innovation of Q&A websites.From the traditional Q&A websites with one-way knowledge transmission and weak user autonomy and stickiness,to the social Q&A websites with two-way knowledge transmission and enhanced user autonomy and sociability,the rise of social Q&A websites has opened a new era of Q&A websites.As the largest knowledge-based online question-and-answer community in China and one of the informal learning channels for adults,Zhihu pays attention to the originality and quality of knowledge and creates a highly knowledgeable,rigorous and active network community atmosphere,thus becoming a huge knowledge distribution center.This paper aims to Zhihu,for example the social question and answer platform analysis,the relevant content to the public passing the value of social q&a platform for knowledge sharing,called on the public to participate in the social question and answer platform more knowledge sharing process,will be on Zhihu community of knowledge sharing as an important channel of informal learning,to construct a learning society in the people will learn or even pursue life-long learning.Through the research on the definition and development of knowledge sharing mode and the definition and development of social question-and-answer platforms,the characteristics of social question-and-answer platforms that are different from traditional question-and-answer platforms are basically defined :(1)strong systematicness,(2)outstanding sociability,and(3)relatively closed.Through the analysis of the reasons for the rise of Zhihu community as a representative of social question-and-answer platforms,it is found that the promotion of science and technology and knowledge platform,the promotion of society and education,and the economic and psychological needs of both parties of knowledge sharing are the main reasons for the rise of Zhihu community from many social question-and-answer platforms.Knowledge sharing mode based on Zhihu community construction technology,content construction and mechanism construction three aspects of exploration discovery technology construction is known on the basis of the knowledge sharing behavior in the community,content structure are Zhihu community in the main content of knowledge sharing behavior,and the mechanism construction is Zhihu community of knowledge sharing in the process,the three work together to form the Zhihu community knowledge sharing mode.The last chapter to arouse learners,especially adult learners to participate in the enthusiasm of Zhihu community,promote Zhihu community knowledge sharing behavior in high quality,calls for more public participation in Zhihu community of knowledge sharing in the process,the article from Zhihu community itself and the perspective of building a learning society requires,Suggestions on the development of Zhihu community,and reflections on this research are summarized.
