The left-behind children both parents of migrant workers migrant workers or a party to the other party with no care ability,minors under the age of sixteen.After a long separation with parents,left-behind children easy performance for self enclosed,self denial,behavior eccentric,introversion psychological characteristics,not willing to take the initiative and peer interaction,the non rational the way to solve the conflict.This thesis from the concept of social work professional knowledge of the group work and case work method to improve the left-behind children peer interaction skills.Firstly,interviews and questionnaire survey on Suichuan County D community left-behind children,a preliminary understanding of the basic characteristics of service object,evaluation of left behind children's peer interaction needs,develop team work plan,determine secondly,to carry out the main points of the case;group services.13 left-behind children peer interaction to enhance the ability of team composition was determined through screening,understanding from verbal and nonverbal ability training of children,clear the basic communication barriers,encourage team members willing to interact with peers,to strengthen the Pro agency The behaviors of four sub dimensions 8 group;after 1 children were selected from 6cases of service members.Finally,with the method,the assessment team satisfaction survey work in left-behind children peer communication ability and improve the effectiveness;use interview method,satisfaction survey method case assessment work in progress.The results show that,compared with before intervention,the crew can correctly express the self understanding,peer communication,bold,confident;group interaction is more frequent,more in-depth exchanges;gratitude,tolerance,praise the subject of activities to strengthen the members of the pro social behavior;case work to improve its companion Communication ability,to overcome the fear of communication is a concrete manifestation of the case,the initiative to show themselves freely in front of their peers.The working group involved in the case and left behind both achievements process to enhance children's peer communication ability,is also insufficient.Therefore,proposed to improve the social work service left behind several suggestions to promote the children the ability to associate,to provide reference for further research.
