This research hopes to explore the relationship between the growth of graduates and the use of libraries and their relevance through the association analysis of graduates’ use of library behavior data and academic performance data. This research hopes to study the correlation between academic performance and admission behavior of college students and understand the needs of college students for libraries today,so as to assist libraries in formulating strategies for purchasing and disciplinary services, and to adjust strategies for undergraduate talent training in universities.Resource allocation, education guidance, especially library construction and resource allocation provide decision-making references. This article selects a school class of 2015 graduates in 2015-2019 for four year’s lending data and the number of days it entered as the research sample, first of all, from the perspective of macro college students to use library law, then the correlation analysis using library behavior and academic performance,it is concluded that academic achievement and the use of library have relevance and difference. On the whole, college students’ borrowing behavior has the following characteristics:(1)the number of library users is inversely proportional to the number of people. As the number of loans and the number of library entries increased, the number of people decreased.(2)There is a clear preference for lending types.Undergraduate students mainly borrow literature and professional literature.(3)The amount borrowed is related to time.Borrowing peaked in the second year and was lowest in the fourth; The trend was similar for each semester, with the most borrowed at the start of the semester and the least borrowed during the holidays.(4)Borrowing cycle is concentrated in 1-60 days.On the middle level,it analyzes the borrowing situation of each group:(1)each college has different characteristics in the use of library.Different colleges have different borrowing times and borrowing categories.(2)There are differences in academic performance, library entry frequency and non-zero borrowers. Then, the correlation between undergraduate academic performance and admission behavior is analyzed.Through the calculation of correlation coefficient,it is concluded that library utilization behavior is positively correlated with academic achievement. Then, six colleges representing six disciplines(agriculture, science, engineering, economics,Literature and management)were selected and divided into four grades according to their grades.A comparative analysis was made of the number of times each grade entered the library, the number of borrowed paper books, category, time and cycle, and it was concluded that the academic performance of each discipline was correlated with library utilization behavior and subject difference. The correlation is as follows:the better the score is,the higher the borrowing volume is,the higher the utilization rate of professional literature is,the smaller the lending ratio gap is in each period, but the lending cycle difference of different scores groups is small. The disciplinary differences are reflected in:(1)there are disciplinary differences in the number of books borrowed and the number of library entries.(2)Literature borrowing categories have disciplinary differences.Different disciplines will have a major related literature category high borrowing volume.(3)Literature borrowing month and academic year have obvious disciplinary differences. In the correlation between undergraduate academic performance and borrowing behavior and disciplinary differences, this article proposes the following points:develop purchasing strategies based on borrowing;guide students to use paper resources, and balance the relationship between borrowing and self-study Cultivate students ’good reading habits;attach importance to every link of library services;develop students’ information literacy.
