As an organic part of textbooks,textbook illustrations play an important role in physics courses and teaching.This topic takes two modules of high school physics textbook Compulsory Module 1 & 2 as the main research objects,On the basis of analyzing the types of textbook illustrations,it focuses on the educational functions of textbooks,and then puts forward suggestions for the use of illustrations in teaching.Firstly,Based on the latest achievements in textbook illustration research at home and abroad and related research theories,I recalled the history of the development of textbook illustration research and pointed out the main problems in the study of textbook illustration in my country.In view of these issues,determine the research content and research methods of this topic.Secondly,Explore the main basis for the classification of general textbook illustrations and the educational functions of various textbook illustrations,On this basis,it is determined that the main function of high school physics textbook illustrations is to cultivate students' visual literacy,and other educational functions are supplemented by the guiding ideology.The general functions of high school physics textbook illustrations should be standardized,and the compilation standards for high school physics textbook illustrations are formulated,These studies provide a theoretical basis for the later selection of illustrations in high school physics textbooks in my country.Finally,it puts forward the basic requirements for the application of illustrations in high school physics textbooks in teaching.Thirdly,Based on the research of the main types of representative textbook illustrations in our country,the overall analysis is carried out from the number distribution of textbook illustrations,the type distribution of textbook illustrations,and the functional distribution of textbook illustrations.On this basis,the compilation characteristics of representative textbook illustrations are summarized to provide a data basis for later case studies.Fourthly,Based on the overall analysis of illustrations in high school physics textbooks,the representative of high school physics textbooks Compulsory Module 1 & 2are analyzed in units,and the selection and arrangement of textbook illustrations in each unit are studied and proposed in teaching based on content analysis.The application suggestions provided by the company provide theoretical basis for case analysis.Fifthly,Select six representative chapters of the four themes of the two modules of Compulsory Module 1 & 2 of high school physics as the main research objects for case studies,and put forward suggestions on the application of textbook illustrations based on the analysis of the problems in the illustrations of each chapter.Finally,Based on the case study of the textbook illustrations in the high school physics Compulsory Module 1 & 2,combined with the characteristics of teaching content and student learning,based on the results of questionnaire surveys and interviews,the teaching design and implementation of the case Further in-depth research,in order to improve the practical application level of high school physics textbook illustrations,and explore new ways and methods for the full play of the educational function of textbook illustrations.
