A Survey Of Career Planning Education Of Senior High School Students In Murei Kazak Autonomous County

In foreign countries,high school career planning has nearly 100 years of research history,and has achieved fruitful research results;in China,high school students career planning started late,is still in the introduction and exploration stage.At present,a large number of senior high school students lack of self-awareness and positioning,learning objectives are not clear,and they are not satisfied with their major after entering university,which leads to the employment situation and expectations are far from each other.The transportation and information of Mulei Kazak Autonomous County is underdeveloped,lacking of career planning and education resources,students have limited career planning and education guidance from schools and families,and students don't understand the social and professional information.The main industry of Mulei Kazak Autonomous County is agriculture and animal husbandry,which is one of the three Kazak Autonomous Counties in China Secondary school students urgently need the guidance of career planning education to improve the ability of career planning.To promote and carry out career planning education for senior high school students has a lot of positive practical significance to solve the above problems.Based on the theory of schuber's career development and Maslow's psychological needs,according to the different respondents,two sets of questionnaires were designed for students and parents in Senior Middle School of Mulei Kazak Autonomous County,and the development of career planning in Mulei Kazak Autonomous County was investigated and studied in the form of random distribution of electronic links.A total of 200 student questionnaires were collected At the same time,we interviewed the relevant principals of the county's education administrative department and the senior middle school head teacher.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire survey and interview results,combined with the field survey,the paper concludes that the main problems of vocational career planning education for senior high school students in Mulei Kazak Autonomous County are insufficient policy and system support;campus education has not been carried out in an orderly manner;poor parental guidance;students' self-awareness,lack of professional and social understanding,the main reason is the examination oriented education concept Deep rooted in education;lack of teachers;single way of career planning and education;low education level of parents;students affected by the nature of family,etc.Therefore,based on the actual situation of carrying out career planning education in Mulei Kazak Autonomous County,this paper puts forward some suggestions for promoting career planning education in this county:making relevant supporting policies;excavating local rural resources;gathering working team resources with live visits;building a professional teaching staff;teaching students according to their aptitude according to the characteristics of students;cultivating students' professional interests;parents changing educational thinking;living Use the resources of cadres to aid Xinjiang.The research results can be used for reference in other similar areas.
