At present,the career planning of high school students has attracted wide attention in our country.It is highly valued by various schools.To successfully carry out this work and ensure the rational use of school resources,investigating the students' needs for career planning is undoubtedly one of the important conditions.Therefore,starting with the reform of the college entrance examination,it is of great practical significance for high school students to investigate the needs of the career planning of high school students under the new college entrance examination policy so as to facilitate the development of a targeted career planning education.In conclusion,this study focuses on the main line of high school students' career planning requirements,and focuses on four major problems by combining quantitative and qualitative research methods.The core issues of quantitative research are mainly two points: first,to investigate the needs of high school students' career planning under the background of the new college entrance examination;and the two is to investigate the career of high school students.The difference of career planning needs in terms of gender,only child,place of birth,and educational level of parents.There are two points in the core issues of qualitative research: one is to find out the main problems in the career career planning of high school students through in-depth understanding of the status of career planning of high school students;two,to discuss the specific content,instructors and educational forms of high school students' career planning.In this study,610 senior high school students in a high school in Ji'nan and a high school in Qingdao were selected as the research subjects.The questionnaire of high school students' career needs questionnaire was used to carry out a questionnaire survey,and a structural interview was conducted on a high school in Ji'nan,which participated in the questionnaire survey.Through analysis of data and data,it is found that:(1)under the background of the new college entrance examination,the highschool students' career planning demand is high,and it is in the middle level,and the content is mainly concentrated in the two aspects of career preparation and study exploration.(2)There are significant gender differences in the three dimensions of the career planning requirements of high school students in the overall and study exploration,career exploration and career preparation,and the degree of female demand is higher than that of the boys;Whether there is a significant difference in the occupation exploration dimension of the only child,and the degree of the demand of the non single child is higher than the only child;There are significant differences in the degree of parental culture,after the post test,it can be found that the students with moderate father's cultural degree are higher than those of the father with high degree of education;There are significant differences of mother's education,after the post test,it is found that the students with middle level of mother's cultural degree are significantly higher than those of the mothers with high maternal education.(3)the main problem in the career planning of high school students is that the students' understanding of career planning is one-sided,and they pay more attention to two aspects of self understanding and career choice,and the professional goals are not clear.In the form of tutors and education,senior high school students tend to choose more experienced professionals(such as class teachers,psychological teachers,parents,etc.)for career planning guidance for them,and most want to carry out in the form of conversation.According to the results of quantitative research and qualitative research,the following suggestions are put forward: The goal education is promoted to stimulate the students to set up professional goals;The main needs of the students are included in the career planning course,and the focus of the career is to be carried out: related content counseling for preparing and upgrading learning;Strengthening teacher training,attaching importance to individual counseling;Attaching importance to group differences and attaching importance to home school cooperation.
