Teachers are the starting point of education,which determines the future of education and even the country.UNESCO and other organizations have jointly put forward the slogan "Rejuvenation begins with teachers",which regards the professional development of teachers as the key to the development of education.Professional writing is not only a powerful means for teachers to reflect and improve their educational practice and promote their own professional development,but also an important way to enhance teachers' spiritual life and reshape their humanistic thoughts.Professor Zhu Yongxin pointed out: "Professional writing aims to let teachers stand on their shoulders and climb.".Chinese teachers in primary schools are the backbone of our country's teaching staff.Promoting Chinese teachers' professional writing is of great significance to improve the overall level of our country's teaching staff.However,there are still many deficiencies in the practice of primary school Chinese teachers' professional writing,which need to be further studied.Based on the social perspective of life course and the writing principle of returning to facts,this study takes "New Education Experiment" as the theoretical background,adopts the method of case study,and selects teacher D,a model teacher of new education,as the research object.Through the methods of interview,observation and narrative research,this study from writing motivation: deepening in the role,writing genre:exploring in practice,writing value: experiencing in life the three dimensions fully deconstruct and describe teacher D's professional writing process.On this note,based on the life course theory,the new education "three special" theory and the new education life narrative theory,the case is deeply analyzed and discussed.It is found that the combination of professional reading and professional writing,the close connection with education and teaching practice and the help of professional community progress are the effective experience of primary school Chinese teachers' professional writing under the background of "new education experiment".At the same time,the current Chinese teachers of primary schools are still facing some difficulties in carrying out professional writing,which need to be broken through in the future practice.Based on this,this study puts forward some suggestions to further promote the professional writing of Chinese teachers in primary schools from two aspects of school cultivating external environment and teachers creating spiritual core: at the school level,we should create a reading atmosphere and create a scholarly campus;Set up a professional benchmark and give full play to the exemplary force;Developing writing training to meet the needs of teachers' development.At the teacher level,teachers should enhance their sense of mission and stimulate their writing drive;Establish the concept of lifelong learning,consciously improve the quality of writing;Making reasonable writing plan and creating successful experience;Adhere to the problem orientation and establish a collaborative learning community.
