The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that every child should enjoy fair and quality education.In education and teaching,facing all students and cultivating each student with high quality is the educational purpose that educators must remember to implement.But in the reality of school education,due to a variety of factors,resulting in the emergence of students with learning difficulties.Students with learning difficulties are an important part of the educated group and an important part of the realization of fair and quality education,which should be paid special attention by teachers.In the teaching practice,the author found that the problem of h primary school students with learning difficulties in Q city is prominent,and most of them are not confident that they can complete their academic tasks.In the learning process,when facing difficulties and challenges,they often appear fear of difficulties and low academic self-efficacy.Based on this,the researchers decided to use the theory of academic self-efficacy to transform students with learning difficulties as the research topic.The whole research process follows the research paradigm of action research,supplemented by literature research,interview,observation and so on.In the process of research,based on their academic performance,the author evaluated the students' academic self-efficacy through self-efficacy evaluation questionnaire,observation,interview and so on,and finally determined two students with learning difficulties as the research objects.Two rounds of action research were conducted in this study.The first round is mainly to realize the internal awakening of students with learning difficulties,change their self-awareness,guide their reasonable attribution,help them recognize themselves from the heart,and believe that the current situation of students with learning difficulties can be changed through efforts.The second round of action mainly through external help experience success and example demonstration to help students with learning difficulties to establish confidence in learning,determine the direction of struggle,so as to achieve the purpose of transformation of learning difficulties.Each round of action research follows four basic stages: planning,action,observation and reflection.After the action research,the academic self-efficacy of the two students with learning difficulties has been improved in varying degrees,learning attitude and learning behavior have changed greatly,and the problem of learning difficulties has been effectively improved.By reflecting on the whole process of action research,this study concludes that:by helping students with learning difficulties to establish self-confidence in learning,help them o make reasonable attribution,experience success,set up successful learning examples and other methods,we can effectively achieve the transformation of learning difficulties by improving their sense of academic self-efficacy;The transformation of students with learning difficulties can not be separated from the joint support of parents and schools.Effective home school cooperation can better promote the transformation ofstudents with learning difficulties.
