| Systematic thinking is one of the important ways of human thinking.The development of society requires it,today’s education reform requires systematic thinking,and chemistry education is also inseparable from systematic thinking.Permeating it in chemistry education can not only cultivate students’ ability to analyze and solve problems from a holistic perspective,but also can cultivate students’ systematic thinking ability to connect with the outside world and optimize the knowledge construction system.Therefore,discussing teaching design based on it is of great significance to both teachers’ teaching and students’ development.Based on the review,this research expounds the definition of systematic thinking’s concept,and outlines theories related to it,such as system theory,constructivist learning theory,and Ausubel’s meaningful learning.Based on the above theoretical foundation,a systematic thinking-based middle school chemistry teaching design model(system concept map)is constructed.Then,guided by the model,the teaching design cases of "Carbon Cycle","Sulfur Conversion" and "Nitrogen Cycle" were developed.Taking the "Carbon Cycle" teaching design as an example to carry out teaching practice research in a middle school,learn about students’ understanding of systematic thinking by letting students draw system concept map and interviews.At the same time,through teachers’ interviews,their understanding of systematic thinking and the application of systematic thinking in teaching are detected.Specifically,this research consists of six parts,and the research content is as follows:1.Analyze the research status of systematic thinking at home and abroad as a whole,gradually go deep into the relevant research of systematic thinking in the field of education,and finally focus on the field of chemistry education.Study the application of systematic thinking in current chemistry education in order from the outside to the inside,from the shallower to the deeper.2.Summarize the concepts related to systematic thinking and system theory,constructivist learning theory,Ausubel’s meaningful learning theory.From the four perspectives of production subsystem,ocean interaction subsystem,environmental climate change subsystem,and man-made mitigation subsystem,a systematic thinking-based middle school chemistry teaching design model(system concept map)is constructed to provide theoretical support for teachers in systematic thinking teaching.3.Develop teaching design cases of "Carbon Cycle","Sulfur Conversion" and "Nitrogen Cycle" based on the constructed systematic thinking-based middle school chemistry teaching design model(system concept map).4.Apply the "Carbon Cycle" teaching design case to middle school for practical research.The investigation and research of students’ teaching effects are conducted by drawing system concept maps and interviews,aiming to understand students’ understanding of systematic thinking and its teaching.5.Conduct an interview survey on chemistry teachers in middle schools on the understanding of systematic thinking,to understand the teachers’ understanding of systematic thinking and the application of it in chemistry teaching.6.On the basis of theoretical construction and teaching practice,summarize conclusions and enlightenments,raise questions and prospects,to provide enlightenments and suggestions for systematic thinking in the classroom teaching of middle school chemistry teachers and students’ chemistry learning.Based on the research results,this article mainly draws the following inspirations and suggestions:For the teaching of middle school chemistry teachers,(1)Teachers should strengthen the awareness of systematic thinking teaching and continuously strengthen the guidance for students’ systematic thinking teaching.(2)Teachers should actively reflect on teaching based on systematic thinking,continuously improve teaching,and improve themselves.(3)Teachers should continuously improve their systematic thinking ability with the help of information tools.(4)Teachers should help students develop the ability of systematic thinking modeling,cultivate students’ systematic thinking concept,and develop students’ systematic thinking ability.For students’ chemistry learning,(1)Students should develop the study habit of systematic thinking and continuously improve their own systematic thinking ability.(2)Students should actively pay attention to the connection between chemistry and the ocean,social environment and human activities,learn chemistry from a holistic perspective,and promote the meaningful construction of knowledge.(3)Students should update their own learning methods and cultivate the ability of model construction. |
