This paper adopts a variety of research methods,such as questionnaire survey,interview and so on,and takes two local universities in Shandong Province,Q University and L University,as cases to carry out the research on the course of college students' career development and career guidance.This paper makes a quantitative analysis of the current situation of the course from three aspects: the recognition of the importance of the course content,the evaluation of teachers and courses,and the degree of academic challenge.Meanwhile,the results of the quantitative analysis are verified and supplemented from three perspectives of university administrators,teachers and students.The results show that students are satisfied with the teachers and the courses.The students can accept the academic difficulty of the courses,and can clearly recognize the importance of the course content.However,according to analyse their learning motivation,the 84% of the learning motivation is job-seeking,and only 32% is interest-driven.Secondly,different groups have different perception of course learning.Male students,lower grades and rural students outside the province have significantly lower perception and evaluation of the course.Students' satisfaction with teachers and courses in University L is lower than that of students in University Q.Two case universities have many common place,such as under the guidance of course leader,strengthening course education,paying attention to cultivate students' innovative spirit and checking reflection method of study.Meanwhile,the teachers and students to course cognitive tend to be utilitarian,and teachers do not have a high level of specialization,and curriculum design is unreasonable and lack of personalized instruction.Finally,this paper analyzes the attribution of difficulties in curriculum implementation from three aspects: social environment,university conditions and students' quality,and puts forward targeted improvement strategies: strengthening the cognition of curriculum value of different subjects,promoting curriculum implementation with the "three-way model",and strengthening personalized employment assistance for special groups.By studying the current situation of the courses and constructing a whole-process curriculum system of college students' career development and employment guidance,this paper provides ideas for the curriculum reform for local colleges and universities' career development and employment guidance for college students,which is conducive to promoting students to achieve satisfactory and high-quality employment.
